Welcome Inn

The place was neat and very comfortable, to be honest, way better than expected. staff was very friendly and helpful as well. would totally go back to stay at welcome inn. thank you :)

The rooms were very dirty and had a very bad smell that the front desk attempted to mask with rose scent. The front desk came to our room with the rose scent spray and that made things even worse as the room was unbreathable. Further we found 3 bugs in the bed. The front desk made us take the dead bug to them as evidence before they attempted to resolve the issue. The price was inflated and not worth the amount of stress and discomfort during our stay. The front desk staff did not know what they were doing and kept taking my passport to reenter data that they already entered.

I spent 3 hours waiting in the lobby because there were issues with the booking. The online vendor (who is one of the top 3…very reputable) tried repeatedly to work it out with the hotel and finally they gave the keys…after THREE HOURS. The rooms leave so much to be desired. Don’t Waite your time, go up the road.

My stay has been good. I appreciate the upgraded room!.Had to find housekeeping for more toilet paper. The bed is very comfortable. Rudy had to turn fridge on! All in all the stay was Good!!

I booked this hotel due to price and location, for the Taylor Swift concert at SoFi Stadium. As others have mentioned- it was a no frills, safe place to sleep for a night. We arrived after the 3pm check-in, so I was nervous they were going to cancel my room (based on other reviews I saw on here). I apologized for checking in late and we had no problems. There is free parking. It is a family run business, so that was comforting. After the concert, we had an insane time finding an Uber/Lyft. All the drivers/cars we saw, were asking $100 to drive us 1.5miles, which I thought was insane, since the Uber/Lyft app price was "only" $20, but all drivers were "busy" on the app. I think they were just selecting people who needed to go further away, so they could make their money. We ended up walking back to the hotel, which ended up being ok, since there was a sea of people also walking. Would definitely stay again, as all other hotels in the area were a million dollars. The other nearby hotels at this price point- none had any good reviews, except this one!

The bed was not the most comfortable and there were roaches on the floor. It was easy to get to where we needed and parking was good, but not likely to go back.

People in the front office very rude I'm very rude awakening them coming banging on the door at 10:00 in the morning saying this check out rude awakening!!.

The room smelled like nothing but cigarette smoke and urine. The sheets had stains on them so I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter. There were left over items in the room from the people who stayed prior. I ended up finding $.68 in the sofa and a receipt where someone purchased beer and cigarettes so I went to the same store to buy me some snacks and car spray for the room smell. The guy who checked me in gave me vibes like he watches people in the rooms too. I would never stay here again.
