It's an below average hotel. The room in which i stayed was ok but not according to charges. The rooms are definitely not worth rs 1300. Ac was also broken even at 18 degree it was not cooling properly.

Worst location, very poor attitude of staff, untalrable room service and third grade breakfast. Overall it was pathetic.

It was below my expectation. I feel it's not 3 star property. Room and hotel condition was very shabby and staff were very un welcoming. Not my taste.

Very poor services no timelines absolutely horribke. Just near railway stations u get trains up and down after 15mins difficult to sleep. People coming on professional tours must not stay here. At morning if u order tea at 7. 30am you will receive approx at 8. 45am.

Very poor stay. Below standard hotel. No lift facility, rooms and beds are dirty. Not a standatd hotel at all.

So different between displayed picture and practical, mentioned room was so tiny, not possible for 3 guest, intolerance. They are taking lots of money but they bound to guest to sleep on floor

I don't know about other room ..bt where I stayed that room need renovation and otherwise staff are very good and cooperative...food was excellent 👌...reception staff was nice
