Very close to the AB Expressway. This js behind Bombay hospital. Rooms were big and bread was fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Playotel Vijay Nagar, and it was an experience worth remembering. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in a sense of calm and serenity.

I want to thank Playotel Hotel Premier for its hospitality. I have stayed in this hotel in Indore, India for 2,5 months from November2023 - till middle of January 2024 . Room is great, specious and beautiful. Location is the best in Indore. As my husband travelled on and off, I have been staying alone and required a customized recipes of our European cuisine. It was the main thing had to adjust to and F&B ***ager Mr. Ajay and his Team: Najwal, Pradum, Rishikesh and younger guys and girls waitresses did their best to find a solutions and they provided a good service during my stay. I want to mention that compared to other Hotels in Indore, Playotel Front office Team has excellent training knowledge and they are very pleasant and professional. Special thanks to Kushi and Vivek - the Guest Service, as well as Astha and other members of their team. Front office ***ager - Nithanth, thank you for you and your amazing Team. Housekeeping ***ager Gorav - special thank you for your kind professionalism and great attitude! Especially wanted to thank HK attendant Babeeta. She is really doing best job in the department among HK attendants - well done Babeeta. Security very polite people and given excellent service, driver that dropped me to the airport was very good. Thank you to the Hotel ***ager Mr.Nitesh for his assistance and that he answered and attended an important matters during my stay, very professional and pleasant person. Long stay guests might be a difficult task for hotel members sometimes as I have stayed for such a long time, so there will be a room for improvement and this is good thing because Hotel quality only needs to grow , never stop growing. I would suggest more to pay attention for Restaurant Chefs knowledge and compare and try to compete your level up, I would bring there stronger Chef , than your beautiful restaurant can grow as a restaurant and business. The property is located in a prime area with good connectivity to the city. Guests appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The food served at the property was excellent However, some guests found the rooms to be small and the bathrooms to be cramped. The staff was courteous and helpful, but some guests reported issues with the service. Overall, the property is a good option for business travelers and those looking for a central location.
