Stayed here with my girlfriend for her birthday and this place was absolutely lovely. The staff was very kind to us during our stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Hotel room was just renovated, but it was not clean. Our cough had big stains and dust in some air conditioners fans. We complained and the receptionist Grace told us we could see if another room would please us. The other room had mold in the ceiling. Long story short, we kept our room and they replaced our couch cushions, the dust I’ve cleaned myself with a towel. Was promised a discount for the trouble, and got a few dollars out of my bill. The breakfast was the only good part, it has omelette and pancakes fresh made and a lot of options. Definitely a 6/10. For the price charged the rooms need to be better taken care of. It’s a Hilton, right?

Room dirty, carpet odor terrible, room service terrible, chairs and sofas dirty, every single day requesting toilet paper at from desk.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The beach and ocean views were beautiful! The staff was helpful and courteous.

Stay was great, rooms are clean and comfortable. Not happy with the parking charges !! that was an extra expense that was not disclosed and regardless... plenty of parking.. on a open parking lot... not a great feeling when there is no lack of space to accommodate. other than that... will be back

the fee for parking, room not being cleaned by the maid unless we got or called her. did not have fresh coffee in room. front desk was very pleasant and helpful. i personally think for a resort it is not. but it is over priced my opinion
