This was a perfect hotel for us when we wanted an overnight stop on our way from Italy to the UK. Just a few minutes from the motorway & easy to locate. Yes it is basic but for the price it is excellent. It was clean, the shower was good & the bed was comfortable, all you need for an overnight pit-stop. The hotel restaurant was closed when we were there but there is a bar/restaurant a two minute walk away where we had dinner. We didn't stop for breakfast as we wanted to get on the way & we had food with us.

Great hotel for those traveling by car. The location is very convenient for those coming from the motorway. Excellent services provided and cleanliness. The hotel has a private car park. The room was quite small but very functional. It's nice to arrive and have tea in your room equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee. Excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant inside the hotel.

Mon séjour a été très agréable particulièrement grâce à l’attention du personnel à la réception et au restaurant. L’accueil est chaleureux, le service de qualité avec une gentillesse sincère. Quelle bonne surprise aussi ce dîner, tout est fait maison : un régal (gazpacho en entrée et paleron de bœuf sur aubergines en plat). Une ambiance familiale règne sur place et on s’y sent bien! Un grand merci à Lise et son équipe!

J'avais réservé il y a plusieurs mois et j'avais demandé 2 chambres mitoyennes. J'ai eu la 1 et la 2 qui sont séparées par un escalier. J'en ai fait part au réceptionniste qui n'a pas été très aimable et n'a pas cherché de solution alors qu'il n'était pas 17h.
Les chambres sont à rénover et mieux entretenir, rouille autour de la robinetterie, bouilloire sale...
Elles sont mal isolées, on entend tout, bref ce n'est pas le souvenir que j'avais d'une précédente réservation dans un hôtel Kyriad.

Séjour très agréable. Impeccable question propreté. Par contre chambre un peu petite.
Pas de fruits ni oeuf au petit déjeuner.

Le personnel est très avenant malheureusement la propreté de la chambre laissait vraiment à désirer entre la poussière et particules noires présentes sur le mobiliers ainsi les miettes et plastiques sur le sol on se demande vraiment si tout le reste est propre.

Ontvangst was goed. 24-uurs recetie. Kleine en eenvoudige kamer. Helaas geen lift. Badcel eenvoudig maar goed. Goed bed en prima kussens. Goed restaurant. Bediening restaurant voortreffelijk. Openbaar vervoer naar Mulhouse dichtbij.
