Can be better, reception very unfriendly. Price for this hotel even in low season is to expensive. I think it’s worth €30 maximum

Önce kliması çalışmayan masası yapış yapış olan ve tv kumandası çalışmayan bir odaya verdiler zorla odamızı değiştiler.Odalar eskiydi.Menü kısıtlı Yemekler kötüydü üstelik çoğu zaman aynı yemekler çıkıyordu. Otelde elektrik kesildiğine ilk defa şahit oluyorum.Uzun süreli asansör beklemeler. Plaja transfer konusunda mağdur ettiler aracın biri bozuk diğeri de şarj oluyor gibi ilginç dönüşler oldu. Bence çalışanlar da mutsuz ve özentisizdi.Tam anlamıyla beklenti hususunda yaşadığım en kötü tecrübeydi.Negatif anlamda unutmayacağım kötü bir anı olarak kalacak. Verdiğimiz paranın kesinlikle karşılığı olmayan kalitesiz bir otel ve hizmet!

Ein schönes, gepflegtes AI Hotel für Familien, Pärchen oder auch für einen schönen Urlaub alleine. Egal zu welcher Jahreszeit, das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Leider kann man es nicht allen recht machen. Wir kommen bald wieder hin.

一日三餐還帶下午茶！ 房間也不錯，帶陽台 游泳池有三個，還有小朋友玩的適合帶着家裡人去玩

All Castival staffs are nice, but this bartender for some reason always has a negative attitude. I have experienced it, but I also saw others getting treated same way. Insulting residents and insulting them. He is refusing to take orders from those he don’t like… When you get upset after some time he tells you “you are only a customer”. This makes you not want to come back to their pool bar again. But I don’t believe all staffs have this mindset, that’s why I’m not leaving 1 star only.

The hotel is very good. We didn’t like that our room was in the 6th floor, but that was not dramatic. The staff was very kind and also very helpful, especially Gaye. The beach is nearby and you have the possibility between walking or getting transported. Additionally, the food was excellent, you can eat every day something different, which makes the vacation unforgettable!

It was a good experience everything was good, the hotel was nice, the room was always clean, the swimming pools beautiful, specially the sports and the pool games perfect, even the drinking bars they do good drinks, we enjoyed it, and it can be done again.

Just got back from a 9 night stay at Castival Hotel and we throughly enjoyed it. The food is really good and so much choice. Also amazing entertainment. Benji the animation chief of the hotel was always interested in us during the holiday. Thank you to all staff 👏

It was our second time in this hotel food and drinks are really good as always rooms are perfectly clean and all of the staff are really friendly and able to communicate in english but there is someone in animation team who said that he worked in a german hotel for 7 or 8 years which is behind our hotel and its his first year he is working in this hotel . he was cursing,yelling,swearing at us in Turkish as if we dont know any Turkish words and kept pushing my daughter to go to club with him he was like 24-28 year old man just stay away from him because if you are not german and if you dont go clubbing with him he will be rude and dont talk to you again so best thing to do is staying away from him otherwise everything is PERFECT(gave 4 stars because of him)

I have come with my family. Today is a last day. Everything was almost perfect. Foods were extremely delicious. Animation team sufficiently entertained us. Waiters were smiling all the time. Rooms were getting clean respectfully. Overall 10/10 hotel.
