Le Chamonix

ในห้องพักโรงแรมไม่มีไดร์เป่าผมไม่มีกาต้มน้ำร้อนปลั๊กไฟหายากและหน้าต่างลมรั่วถึงแม้ในห้องจะมีเครื่องทำความร้อนแต่ห้องก็ค่อนข้างเย็นหลังจากอากาศรั่ว ฉันขอกาต้มน้ำร้อนจากแผนกต้อนรับ แต่แผนกต้อนรับบอกว่าโรงแรมไม่มีให้ ภาษาอังกฤษของพนักงานบริการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางมาก โรงแรมไม่มีลิฟต์ แต่มีลิฟต์อยู่ที่ทางเดิน มีขั้นบันไดที่มีความสูงต่างกันให้ผ่านทำให้ไม่สะดวกในการยกกระเป๋าเดินทางการไปร้านอาหารจะต้องเดินจากทางเดินไปที่ล็อบบี้แล้วเดินไปในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามจากล็อบบี้ไปยังร้านอาหารซึ่งก็คือ ค่อนข้างไกล โรงแรมบอกว่าอาหารเช้าจะเริ่มเวลา 8.00 น. แต่เมื่อเรามาถึงเวลา 8.10 น. ประตูร้านอาหารยังไม่เปิด เมื่อฉันออกจากโรงแรมเวลา 9.00 น. ตอนเช้าฉันต้องการขอให้พนักงานบริการช่วยรับสัมภาระของฉัน แต่ยังไม่มีพนักงานบริการรับกระเป๋าเวลา 9.00 น. การเปิดปิดประตูห้องก็ทำได้ยากมากเช่นกันซึ่งอาจเกิดจากการเสียรูปของประตู

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก ติดกับรูปปั้นสิงโต และใกล้กับพระราชวังมาก ตัวอาคารเป็นอาคารตั้งแต่สมัยอาณานิคมฝรั่งเศสดั้งเดิม แบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ โรงแรม ร้านกาแฟ และร้านอาหาร โรงแรมล้อมรอบด้วย ร้านกาแฟและร้านอาหารด้านหลังซอยมีสกรู น้ำซุปน่าลอง สภาพแวดล้อมใกล้เคียงดีมากและทิวทัศน์ตามแบบเมืองยุโรป

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมากมีร้านอาหารและร้านขายของชั้นล่างซึ่งสะดวกมาก ห้องพักในโรงแรมสะอาดและบริการเป็นกันเอง แพงไปหน่อย แต่ก็ค่อนข้างดี!

ปัญหาในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ

โรงแรมโดยรวมดีสำหรับราคาและทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เตียงนอนสบาย ห้องพักมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่มากนัก...อาหารเช้าไม่คุ้มค่าที่จะตื่นมา สำหรับราคาและทำเลก็คุ้มค่า แต่อย่างอื่นฉันไม่แนะนำเลย

This hotel seems once to have had aspirations, and it is well located, if not well maintained. The parking is hard to find, a narrow driveway 30 meters before the hotel. When we stopped in front of the hotel, the parking lot attendant did nothing to direct us. When we finally parked, there was no one to help us with our luggage (and the hotel has no elevators). When we got to our room, the heat was on full and the temperature in the high 20s celsius. We had to shut off the radiator, open the window wide and wait an hour for the room to cool. Not exactly eco-friendly. We were there for two nights and had very slow WiFi for one hour. When we inquired, the response was "I will phone the company" in a tone that said doing so would accomplish nothing. On the positive side, the hotel's restaurant was wonderful. We had really good Atlas trout, and listened to an excellent musical group.

The hotel is too expensive for what is it. Very old, no thing to be with pictures on line

On our journey from Fez to Erfoud we stopped in Ifrane for coffee. The hotel has a swiss alps look about it and apparently they can get snow in the town in winter. Pleasant surroundings, friendly staff, not a huge cup of coffee but it was hot and tasted good.

Terrible room for the price you pay, the rooms feel stuffed, there is no air circulating, opening the window is pointless because of the bugs, it was hot and terrible, no AC, worst of all , don't make my mistake, do not leave ur phone, it will be hacked, i shouldn't have left it. i didn't have service so it didn't cross my mind , but when i found out days later i knew that this type of hack is only done if you have the phone in your hands. i had to do factory rest but of course it was too late. on the other hand , the food and the location were great but not worth the info they got, especially if you have a sensitive job.
