What a beautiful setting, couldn't believe we were in southern India, more like summer in Switzerland. Honestly, we couldn't complain the Room, service and the location was excellent so thanks to all the staff for making this stay so memorable. My special thanks goes to Mr. Nair the Resort ***ager, what a wonderful gentle***, took the patience to sit and talk to us, several times, also explained what we should expect and see in Munnar but also on our onward journey to the next Adad Resort. Our Driver Mr. Abilash deserves a special thank you for safely driving us through the journey and being kind and thoughtful all *****.

My wife and I stayed there for from 11 to 29 March 2024 . Excellent location with a wonderful view to the mountains. Everything clean. All staff have good ***ners and ready to serve. The ***ager Mr. Murali asked us if everything was fine and was pending that our needs were fulfilled. Chef Santhosh cooks wonderfully and took care of preparing the dishes as per our tastes. Worth the price and we'd surely stay there again.

Great location and also very cordial staff who attended to all our queries and accommodated all our requests ! The only negative feedback i would convey is to add a few more local food options on their menu, as it becomes a bit redundant to eat if you're staying multiple days. Would love to visit again ! Would rate 4.5/5

We stayed at the Abad Copper Castle Hill Hotel in December (5 rooms, 12 people in total). The rooms had a beautiful view of the mountains with a private balcony and the rooms were clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. I would prefer the hotel make the following changes: 1) The switches for the room lights were placed outside the room, so anyone walking in the corridor could turn off the lights (intentionally or unintentionally). The light switches should be placed inside the rooms 2) The hotel provided soap bars in the bathroom. Having visited 10 hotels in 5 cities ranging from 5 to 3 stars in India during December, this was first the hotel that provided soap instead of a liquid body wash. 3) Reaching the hotel with a larger group (using a van) requires a detour through a badly damaged road that needs urgent repair. Though this is not the responsibility of the hotel ***agement, they need to bring this to the attention of the local authorities and fix the problem.

I loved staying at Abad Hotels in Kerala. The Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort was fantastic. Superb, private valley views, peaceful & quiet, efficient, welcoming staff with good English & a tasty breakfast buffet. And a great look-out about 100m ***** the ridge from the hotel offering another grand view. Couldn't fault the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with family during Chris**as holidays. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was charming and comfortable with a private balcony which was an opening to the magnificient view. All staff were exceptional and made us feel very special and welcomed even before we checked in. Special mention to the service of Mr Senthil who was at the reception and the ***ager Mr Murali exceeded our expectations. They didn't even hesitate to call and check on us during our trip to and back from the hotel and also recommended great spots to visit. Though there were no lifts the staff made sure that all of our baggages were carefully moved to and from the room. Food was very delicious and the restaurant was so calm and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with family at Munnar.

Took 3 rooms for 7 people Property was very old but it was maintained well The room has no fridge, but they will take the items and keep it in their fridge and will give on request. (They don't have access to High tension lines that's why they don't keep individual fridges in room) There was hot water 24/7 There is no AC but you won't need one because of the munnar weather. Highlight of the property *THE VIEW ( you can only see nature from this property, no building or houses just nature and hills and mist ) * FOOD The food is so delicious and so affordable as a normal restaurant near your home Breakfast spread was not that great but the available ones are very delicious. *SERVICE They won't say NO unless they don't have other options. Whatever you want you ask and they will do the maximum within their limits. All the staff were very dedicated and they were enjoying their job. I would definitely love to stay there again and enjoy there food and service and THE VIEW.

Had wonderful experience here. Very clean and specious room with balcony.. Good hospitality. Staffs are very polite and gentle. Rooms are very clean and tidy, house keeping was excellent. Food they served in the restaurant was very good and tasty. Special mention Mr Aditya Ghosh from restaurant. Thank you.
