I visited pelican hotels sometime in June for a retreat organized by my company and i must say that pelican hotel is a hidden jewel undiscovered by many. Firstly, the staff were courteous and friendly and the rooms were very cozy, smells very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms are classy and i had a very good nights rest. Overall, the experience was spectacular and Mr Temidayo of the events department was warm and very professional. i would definitely be visiting soon!!!!!!!!

Staff was extremely rude I had tp pay cash for my room even though the room was paid by credit card on the website. They even locked my personal belongings inside the room and not allowed me access unless I gave them cash, They also called security on me

The hotel was distant from the city centre and some distance off the Lekki expressway. The premises were busy and noisy. I stayed at the hotel towards the end of last year and there has been only little improvement since then. The rooms were neat with adequate toiletries. The floors were a bit noisy. The meals were fair. The front desk and restaurant staff were dutiful. There was free WIFI but it was very unsteady. I did not really enjoy it.
