Hotel Residence les Medes

The rooms are modern and clean. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff were very engaging and helped us schedule a cab taking us from the Tour Fondue ferry to the Hyeres train station. Perfect location in the heart of the village.

I left some wires in the bedroom after checking out and the staff informed us about it. They sent an email and a form asking me to hand over my bank details (which i wasn’t comfortable doing) without even saying how much they were going to take out. I replied and asked for an alternative payment method. Weeks pass, i re-sent the email twice, no replies. i tried calling on the phone but at some point the phone was also down (couldn’t get through after the machine). Finally got hold of a person this week. Was told they’re going to check again and reply “rapidly”. Well, i had to call again after a few hours because this person never got back to me. Two days later they tell me they never found anything in the bedroom. So why would they even send a form asking for a debit if nothing was left in the first place? I understand I’m not the only guest in this place but the disorganization and lack of helpfulness boggles my mind. I’ve left stuff several times in other hotels, bigger ones with more guests, smaller ones too, but so far this is the only time it was a mess, a mega ****** to deal with the staff just to get info. I hope they improve this next time. Especially for the price people pay for, paying attention to details and recognizing when you’re wrong is part of the minimum expectations. P.S., after the whole debacle, staff didn’t even bother to apologize. Bravo!

The hotel staff was really helpful, always listening, looking for solutions, this is the main asset of this place! Great breakfast buffet with nice choice of fruits and warm dishes. It is 2 minutes walking distance from the ferry, so easy to get. And the island is so beautiful, you have only 1 thing left to do: enjoy!

Awesome breakfast catering for everyone, generous et lovely set up. very well located 400m from the pier and shops. discounts for bike renting a few meters away. Spotless clean hotel, quiet, very calming a**osphere while close to the buzz if you want to. Staff at reception speaking english. Looking way better than the pictures! including the flat itself, you have everything you need to cook if you want to its seriously great

Hotel charmant, bien situé, très confortable. L'accueil, les chambres, les petits déjeuners, la propreté et l'équipement sont au top. Une kitchenette est à disposition avec le matériel de cuisine, ce qui est très pratique. C'est une très bonne adresse...

Top, vraiment rien à dire, personnels super sympas, à l'écoute, hôtel cocooning bien placé, je recommande en espérant y retourner.

Hôtel bien situé, cadre soigné et agréable permettant de profiter pleinement de l'île. Service et personnel satisfaisants.

Les chambres sont tout à fait correctes, le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Le jardin est parfait pour se détendre après la visite de l'île, l'accueil très agréable et la machine à boissons chaudes en libre service est autant appréciable que rare.

Très bel hôtel sur l’île. Accueil chaleureux. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Un bon point pour la kitchenette.(petits déjeuners un peu chers mais tout est cher sur l’île).Emplacement calme et idéal pour partir en randonnée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
