Food and service are great.
Location is not great.
There is foul smell at hotel entrance through out the stay.

We as a family enjoyed our stay here in Hotel Deccan Serai. The morning breakfast and service for that is really appreciated. Our kids liked the swimming pool. My younger son really liked to sit in sofa and watching the tv. Overall the stay was really good.

The restaurant staff and front office staff were too cordial and made us feel like it was a memorable trip. The housekeeping staff and pool area person were also were cordial and ever helping. Great place to stay where the staff makes you feel you're comfortable throughout stay.

The rooms and the washrooms are clean, big and well equipped. The complimentary breakfast is okay but the Roast 24 restaurant is excellent with great food and even better with dessert and bakery items. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are coming to work in hitech city or gachibowli. Overall great stay and I'll surely come back if required.

Spacious rooms (a full studio apartment). Stay was pleasant. Decent breakfast which can be improved for variety. Clean and good service from staff. Its near to the gachibowli main area and next to the main road and good connectiity. Recommended

Excellent stay. The rooms are clean and cozy. Regular housekeeping and peaceful atmosphere. There is a restaurant within the hotel for all your snacking requirements. The checkin and checkout is also seamless and very organised. I would recommend if you are visiting on business or with family.

Thanks to the amazing staff at Hotel Deccan Grand, it’s a nice clean and non-smoking property. We were at the property for 6 days where we at BigCommerce conducted our BigDev Bootcamp training. Here are my observations - nice clean training room - projector , screen, sound, aircons all were very good - we booked 6 Rooms which are really spacious . - room service served us good warm food served - good morning breakfast - a very good coffee shop with some Amazing bakery Abhishek as the ***ager incharge took great care of us. I recommend a promotion for him.

We stayed this hotel for 3 nights with family & following are the pros & cons Pros - 1. Rooms are bigger in size. 2. Superb Hospitality by the staff. 3. Brake fast and food quality is also good. 3. Ambience and amenities are superb. Cons- 1. No lift for car parking to reception which creates concerns as entire luggage need to be taken on 2 floors. 2. Water gets clogged in washroom which is then resolved by maintenance team. 3. They should display certain display board on main road to access the hotel easily.
