Haokip and And Ram Sumukh were very helpful, polite and courteous. The hotel overall exceeded my expectations. Good food, ambiance and service. The rooms were very clean. Very quiet so i rested very well after a tiring business trip. Had an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Avasa! The room was very spacious. Daily cleaning is appreciated. Food is delicious but what made the stay even more comfortable is the amazing hospitality of the staff especially Anas from the restaurant. Anas anticipates your needs and always come with initiative and professionalism. He serves you with smile and grace to make sure that you’ll start your day feeling great! Excellent staff. Great location. Excellent food . Lovely pool and spa . Rooms very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning is in very good condition and it is needed !. Great showers in the room. Security on the exit and entrance . The location is a couple of km away from main business centre but also only a 35.40 minute taxi ride to airport A really positive experience for a 1st trip to Hyderabad

Our stay at Avasa Madhapur was really great. We had a great experience throughout the stay of 2 weeks. Room 617 was quite spacious and had a decent view of the city. The staff make the stay all the more relaxing and pleasant with their constant hospitality. The servers Bembem, Haokip, Supti and Gautam at their restaurant Pi were always on their toes accommodating all of our requests on a daily basis. Will give my best to all of the staff who were there to support us.

Avasa Madhapur gave us the best service that we could anticipate. Starting from the receptionist Har**** who checked us in, his colleague at the reception Nabil, their ***ager Sagar to the security guards Shiv Singh and Balu. Their behaviour was top notch at all times. Even the bellboy named Karan had put in additional efforts to keep us comfortable. The cleaning staff at the 6th floor catering to our needs at Room 617 were very timely and proactive throughout the stay of 2 weeks. There is nothing I can complain about for any of the depar**ents. The hotel makes special arrangements for even sehri during Ramadan and helped us with prayers even after checking out. Totally memorable. Rating them the best.

A helpful reception staff who explained all facilities and benefits. Smooth checkin and checkout, thanks to Har**** and Arjun for that. Rooms are spacious Service staff is good and prompt on your request. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. I look forward to stay again in Avasa

Ajay was a great server! He was very attentive. Also Syed has been very helpful in our Transportation. Syed has been assisting with our transportation to the work each day. Our service at this hotel has been superb. I had a great time at the Noya bar.

Amazing room, amazing service. Ajay and Naga raju, as well as Syed. Noya was fantastic, wish it was open longer, especially earlier in the day. The car service is available to take us to the office even at 6:30 pm and ready to pick us up at 4 am. Would highly recommend the stay and the service

The hospitality was good. The staff was amazing. Especially Ms. Jayanthi and Ms. Akshaya was very polite and kind. Thank you for making Avasa feel like home to me. The ambiance was great. The room service was amazing. Once again thank you so much for the hospitality.
