On business trip. Easy accessibility and convenient. Very clean room and comfortable bed & pillow. Local breakfast and some continental items. Highly recommended at reasonable rates.

I am not sure how this hotel is having good reviews.For the money you pay, you would expect good experience. I was charged 25k for 2 nights stay 1.Room is very very small. Literally cramped.There is no place to put your clothes except few hangers lying in room walls. 2. Wash basin is kept in the room near to bed! Not in toilet! Coz they are super cramped 3. Rooms are not clean. I could see few insects in the wall 4. Their breakfast is pathetic. The spread is very small and they don't taste decent. Their sambar, chutney are salty. I ended up eating cornflakes and breads Even the sofa in dining room is not comfortable. 5. Don't ever try dinner in cafeteria. The look deserted after morning complimentary breakfast. No one want to eat there by paying There are many hotels which provides 5 star experience in the same location with almost similar rates. I am not able to digest the experience that I got after paying such big amount Attaching some of the snaps. Avoid this hotel as far as possible

I checked into the room around midnight. The reception desk was active and was good to get through the process of check-in quickly. The good bit ended there. The rooms are tiny and dingy The curtains were not clean The curtains did not close well The bathroom was totally dirty - water had leaked few places and the walls had fungus The wash basin is outside in the room, and the design is pathetic, water splashes everywhere. The towels were average, not smelling great but ok The breakfast is cramped, the chairs are diff sizes and some are not designed for the table at all Carpets really dirty! No moisturizer in the room Being a business hotel, there is one centralized cloth-ironing place, not efficient at all The food was average, and the breakfast area was a bit dirty with food fallen on the table/floor at many places. Almost no recognition or value being a platinum member

The stay was comfortable and me and my parents liked it. The rooms are a bit small in size. But they provided us with another room. The hotel is located in hitech city which was near to office. Thanks to @Kavya she was helpful while having breakfast and dinner.

The room service was too slow . Breakfast had very less items and those too were tasteless and seems not fresh . . Needs a lot of improvement . Not worth . Never choose for a family stay very small and stinky rooms because of basin in the room . No cupboards

The hotel is very nice good ambiance,nice food,check in was beautiful with warm welcome.Help full stuff.We've enjoyed our stay a lot.We loved the place highly recommended to the families with their childrens to visit in vacation.Rooms are small but food was excellent.Check in was beautiful with the warm welcome.Riti the girl from reception was very helpful and sweet.From next time it's our must visit destination in Mysore. Riti done her work very well

Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City, an IHG Hotel it was The worst experience. I have booked room for my brother he was flying back from Europe reaching Hyderabad early morning at 2 or 2.30am on 18th . And booking was from 17th of November 2024 and 18 Check out . My brother reached early morning . They gave the key for room number 321 When he opened the door Someone els was in the room My brother was Shocked and also the person who was in room number 321 Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City, an IHG Hotel. Than they gave us the room 807 when entered room was not cleaned could see hairs on the bed. Though we have informed Clear trip as we are checking late that's early morning on 18th November at 2 to 3 am . This is the Pathetic Condition of the Hotel and their services. If they do the same within no time Holiday Inn will be Holiday out in No time.

Great experience during the breakfast in the hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. Special note on Ms Kavya, took extra care and very helpful during my entire experience during the breakfast . Thank you and keep up the good work . Will definitely come back

Except for the room being a little small, everything else was good. The hotel staff are very courteous and polite. They are very helpful and welcoming. The morning breakfast had a good number of options and our server Kavya was always helpful for me and my baby. She made sure that baby had good breakfast and would often help out with baby so I could have my food as well. Thank you to the IHG team for providing good care and help.
