The staff are very friendly and always there to help, food is very delicious, room is spacious and clean.
Animation is superb.
Highly recommended, will definitely come again 😊

The food is good. I love it. I have friendly staff. The worst thing is rip-off taxi fare. It costs 2-3 dollars for Uber to the airport, but hotel taxi costs 12 dollars. But it costs 20 dollars in the morning. "Respect"... Is this Egypt???

Excellent hotel to spend your vacation.
Food is great and with wide variety
Drinks are great too
Cleanliness is great
Waterpark are awesome I loved it this place you would enjoy it
Animation team are friendly, they do alot of events everyday and parties
You won’t get bored
Snacks are great for people who don’t get up early for breakfast.

The hotel is well located. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean. The exterior (swimming pools & seaside) are a big plus.
On the other hand, the food is the minor point of this hotel.

這家在赫爾格達市中心，門口好多商店，很好逛，酒店是一家親子酒店，人巨多，想要安靜的建議選擇somabay，我們定的泳池直通，超棒的房型，出去就是水上滑梯，滑梯超好玩的，酒店泳池好多個 ，還有兩個海水圈出來的泳池，就是海水質量沒有南部好，酒店的員工超級nice，晚飯時間我一個先去了，員工見我一個人，每個路過的都來詢問我吃的怎麼樣，有什麼需要嗎，比其他那些歧視國人的酒店不知道棒多少，很愉快，推薦推薦哦

很適合帶孩子來玩，游泳池有熱水，還有孩子最愛的水樂園滑梯。餐和酒水全包真的很爽，我們中午到的時候還讓我們去吃了午飯，退房時候也包午飯。還包任何時間段的酒水飲料，從白天泳池邊喝到晚上小吧枱。每晚都有舞台親子活動和歌舞表演。房間設施其實不新，但還乾淨，床單也乾淨。可以推薦！適合幾家帶孩子一起來玩。
