這軟件發個照片太難發了 老是上傳失敗！ 這個酒店性價比非常非常高！房間很大 服務人員都很有禮貌 莊園環境特別優美 泳池 海灘 晚會都很好 吃的不太符合中國人口味 不過這邊的飲食都這樣 甜品很好吃！我是一個i人 在這裏變成了e人 和不同國家的人一起跳舞 沒有人在意你跳得怎麼樣 大家都好開心 這種鬆弛感是國內沒有的 真的很不捨得離開 因為房間在一樓 有點潮濕 而且有些被套床單已經起球了 設施也不太新 建議大家定價格高一點的房型 也沒貴多少錢 我朋友訂的比我貴一點點 在二樓 視野很好 也沒那麼潮 總之非常滿意 不想走 回去之後難過好幾天😭

房間非常漂亮 而且經理免費幫我們升級了房型 這個酒店真的非常值得推薦 因為3餐全包 而且食物非常豐盛 情人節晚點還送我們了一餐高級餐廳體驗 整體非常棒👍 下次再來！

It was our 4th time at Serenity Makadi Beach. It really feels like our second home ☺️ The quality of the food is great, the gardens our beautiful and the beach is just great. I little piece of paradise on earth. And of course the friendliness of the staff is super! Many thank again to Ahmed Sayed, Emad Hamdy, Ahmed (Baywatch) and many many others. We can recommend Serenity Makadi Beach to everyone who really want a 5-star luxurious stay in Egypt C U next year ️☀️

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday at the start of January 2024. The resort is very quiet at this time of year which I think made it all the more relaxing. Sunshine for all 7 days and the snorkelling from the jetty was superb. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation pool and sitting at the swim up bar having a few drinks. Food has been excellent throughout with plenty of options - including for my vegetarian wife. Every single member of staff made us feel welcome. The grounds are kept beautifully maintained and it was lovely to walk around during the day. Whilst I was at the swim up bar keeping the barman busy, my wife was enjoying the gym and yoga sessions too. Would definitely return again!

Fantastic holiday, beautiful surroundings 4 star accommodation as looking a bit tired in areas ( but nothing that would effect your stay ) with 5 star service as the staff really can’t do enough for you. Food of a high standard and good selection of all inclusive drinks and cocktails. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a beach holiday as the only way to swim in the sea is off a pier but the snorkelling was great. We would defiantly come back.

The restaurant is small space of buffet compared to the number of guests . Soft drinks are horrible No fresh juice except in the bar Air condition in the room is not working No snacks except on the beach , and the beach is rocky so most of the people are by the pools . The only honest review is that staff are nice. There is a lot of better hotels in makadi

This was our second visit to this resort. First time, we came two years ago ( April 2022) as a family of 4. This time, I travelled with my 14 year old daughter. On the day of the arrival , we were welcomed by a bill boy, who collected our language and waited with us in the reception area untill we received our room cards and escorted us directly to the room. Receptioni: Tasteful interior design in Moroccan style, clean with daily change of the fresh flower compositions. People at the reception are elcoming, smiling and courteous team , who gave us an envelope with the cards and the printout with all the timings. When they learnt my birthday will be during the stay, they spoke with my daughter about something. On the day of my birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday cake. :)) Thank you Room: The room is specious with a balcony overlooking lush lawn and a pool. The room was well maintained and cleaned daily. The bathroom was stocked with various hygiene products : shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, shaving and dental kit. The towels were changed daily. They were of a good quality and seemed to be in a relatively new state. Some of the furniture, in particularly the wardrobe in the corridor , will do with some resanding and a fresh coat of varnish. Looks a bit tired and outdated. During our stay , weight scales and a small bin were added. It is a nice touch, makes people more conscious about their daily food consumption in 'all-inclusive' hotel. As for the bin, it didn't have a liner. It is not very hygienic as the cleaner will need to wash the bin daily to avoid unpleasant smells from developing. It would be much simpler just to change a liner. It also can be a little embarrassing when a lady needs to dispose of some sanitary products.( it would be great to have bins for sanitary products in rooms and in all the public toilets too ) . Liked the fact that the cleaner made different figurines from the towels. Actually was looking forward to seeing what he will come up with next. :)) -The beds are comfortable and the beddings are crisp clean. All the pillows were very firm, which might not be to everyone's liking. -VC is strong enough for the hot Egyptian weather. Lovely detail with the wall paintings, but both of the art pieces in our room were upsidedow.🙃 Outside territory: The territory has meticulously manicured lawns. I evidenced the amount of daily labour that goes into watering and preserving this oasis in the middle of a desert; from raking off the fallen flowers, watering in early hours of the morning and very late at night, to handpicking some of the ****s. My deepest respect to all these hardworking people. The pool and nearby facilities ( the closest to the building we were staying in): The pool is well maintained and the water is clean. The toilets are cleaned regularly too. The staff are were responsive. Con: The bar near the stage with semi-submerged seats for some reason only works in the evening
