Sultan Bey is a compact, very cozy hotel, perfectly located oasis at lagoon. With a lot of taste decorated place, really good restaurant. Very clean everywhere, green and a lot of blossom, feeling safe, spacious room, nice terrace, perfect sleeping matras. Everyone is friendly and professional and doing the best to provide you a perfect vacation in a great mood. Thanks a lot!!! Very quiet place with a nice guest as wel. The weather in januari was warm enough. Our tip : recommend us by the reception a “diamond taxi” driver Pica was top! We wanted to see Hurghada en he brought us to the different nice spots in the town. Was not expensive and very interesting and efficient))). The second option for the beach, 5min with a boat is also fine. Another experience, sea beach with a lot of fish in the water. We like this vacation week and we’ll try to come back once.

We had a wonderful holiday at the Sultan Bey Hotel, El Gouna. The assistant manager Rafik was courteous and checked on us on a daily basis. The staff at the hotel were amazing, so attentive and always polite. Our room was lovely and always clean and well maintained by Gormer on a daily basis. There was plenty of excursions available but as we were there for only a week we just did the one which took us around the bays of El Gouna city which was great. Plenty of options with the food which was varied and amazing. As said the staff were all great and the bar manager Hanna was exceptional. The only issue we had, was when our bathroom bulb needed replacing and asked Andrew at reception and this was done immediately by the maintenence staff who are on call 24/7. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. All in all thank you Sultan Bey for a wonderful holiday.

-German version below- The food in the restaurant is very varied and good. The service is very good as the staff is very attentive. It is possible to relax by the pool or the lagoon very well. The rooms are typical of the country and functionally furnished. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. At the reception they help quickly and competently with questions / requests. The hotel is highly recommended. I have been in El Gouna over 20 times in the last 10 years and have tried out various hotels. The Sultan Bey Hotel stands out positively. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr vielfältig und gut. Der Service ist sehr gut, da das Personal sehr aufmerksam ist. Es lässt sich am Pool oder an der Lagune sehr gut entspannen. Die Zimmer sind landestypisch und funktional eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. An der Rezeption wird bei Fragen/ Wünschen etc. schnell und kompetent geholfen. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. In den letzten 10 Jahren war ich über 20x in El Gouna und ich habe verschiedene Hotels ausprobiert. Das Sultan Bey Hotel sticht positiv hervor.

It was a very nice stay, the staff is very friendly and we had a wonderful room with a great view thanks to Andrew! The beach was a little rocky and my son got hurt but the staff rushed and helped him right away. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely come back soon!

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel with good food, especially breakfast, very friendly and respectful service. Close to downtown with lots of restaurants and some shops.
