我第一天到我給的好評 因為感覺環境還不錯 然後我又續房了4天 四天沒有給我收拾衞生 衹是換了個床上用品，真的很無賴這個酒店 為了坑你錢 騎馬40分鐘也要我們120美金 沖沙就一輛摩託車 我們兩個人坐的要我們200美金 結果我們去市中心旅行社問17美金一人 還有我要坐飛機酒店為了多掙我錢給我做的PAR 100美金 結果我被機場趕出來 告訴我做的不是PAR 然後我要求酒店給我賠償 他們推卸責任 説是我自己選擇的，我有毛病嗎 我的飛機不坐我選擇PAR？ 一幫無賴

We have just arrived back from our 2nd visit to the Baron Palace and it really doesn't disappoint. We were a bit apprehensive about going somewhere for a 2nd time, but it's a wow. A lot of the staff recognised us from last year, which truly added to the experience, all the staff there are so friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile. For instance when my wife got sciatica they offered doctors, transport to hospital etc, and in the evenings asking if she wanted extra cushions to make her dining experience more comfortable. We were there February and into March for 3 weeks. There is plenty to keep you occupied. The entertainment team was on hand every day, with events like yoga, stretching and bocha to name a few. You didn't have to join in if you didn't want to, there was no pressure. I joined in with bocha most days which was my exercise of the day. My wife joined in with stretching and sometimes water aerobics and we got to know the entertainment's team very well, Yana in particular. We sat around the infinity pool most days as it was a bit too windy to sit on the beach. We had a pool boy called Mahmoud Abd Allah, who was always rushing around getting everybody a drink. There are more than enough sunbeds to go around. Dining was a delight and so many different a la carte restaurants to choose from, all of them awesome. We met Mr Osama many times. He always asked if anything else could be done. One evening whilst in the jewellery shop he helped choose a bracelet for my wife that we were deliberating on. I would highly recommend this hotel, so much so, we have just booked another 3 week stay in this hotel next February, although this time we will not be staying in a club room as the British prices have gone up so much. We have just arrived back from a week at the Baron Palace and have been so impressed with this hotel that we will definitely be returning at some stage. Let’s start with the only negative point, and this is nothing to do with the hotel itself but with the area in general. The alcohol choice on the all-inclusive is not great, the wine is ok but won’t be winning any awards. We don’t drink a lot so it wasn’t a big deal but if you do like a drink then you need to build that into your thoughts. Now onto the positives: The staff are amazing and great fun - the lads around the pool bar are always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant staff cannot do enough for you, big shout out to Abdo who is smiling and making sure everything is perfect from breakfast until the late shift in the Mexican. Even the groundskeepers were smiling and doing a fantastic job of making the hotel perfectly manicured - A massive shout out to Monsoor who made my mornings with his big smile to greet me each day. Reception and Concierge services cannot do enough for you and respond immediately for everything from a restaurant booking to a changed lamp in the room. Always pleasant and with a smile. The food is great and the choices of restaurants give you plenty of variety. The Thai / Indian, Egyptian, Italian and Mexican were all top notch although one minor mention is that the Indian was probably over salted to my liking. The buffet restaurant selection was also great and plenty to choose from. The only issue I have with the restaurants, and this aging is Egypt in general, is the requirement to wear long trousers. For someone coming from a cold country it is so nice to be able to wear tailored smart shorts for an evening meal and frustrating that the hotel still applies the long trouser rule. I fully understand about sports shorts or non-tailored shorts but in my opinion the management should look at that rule. Lunch at the pool bar was a perfect spot and with a good choice of food. The grounds, pools and beach are perfect, we started the week on the beach because we like a breeze from the see but by midweek the breeze had stopped and we needed to head up to the pool because it got too hot. Thadim on the beach was great at looking after us for the start and again should get a mention. Both beach and pool were kept immaculate and they are building a new bar by the adults pool which can only add to the experience. The grounds were lovely and the hard work going into keeping them immaculate was never ending. The room was great, the hotel accommodated our request for a quiet room and we were in the adults section. Any issue that we had was resolved immediately. We also booked the premium all inclusive package - this is a must, we got a free 20 mins massage each, two lots of laundry done and it allowed us to have some better quality drinks. All in all I cannot recommend this hotel enough - perfect break and at a time when it was most needed. Thankyou to all the management

Very friendly team, Brilliant amenities and well looked after accomodation. The rooms, pool, restaurants and the whole property is well maintained. I would recommend eating in the infinity pool restaurant, the staff is very nice especially Ayman Ali (head waiter) whose food suggestions were great.

This hotel was such a great experience for all of our family. The staff is so welcoming and kind with any our requests. Especially Mustafa from the Reception was so helpful and nice to us, Hashem Mohamed from the Infinity Bar staff, a very joyful and positive person. The hotel is very clean and cosy. I enjoyed the time at the beach, very comfortable chairs, pleasant entrance in the sea, helping staff and any drinks you wish. The time spent at the Restaurant was also a pleasure, such diplomatic and nice young men, very good servings. I enjoyed not having paper towels at all, only textile towels. Just wow! Definitely will recommend this place.

Very nice food and service from all the staff.Lots of fun activities and shows all the time.Beds are really comfortable.

The service from the beach to all the restaurants is excellent. Everyone is helpful and create a relaxed atmosphere to unwind. If you want a chilled holiday this is a perfect hotel...... & no rushing for sun beds, there are loads! Just one thing is a slight gripe is making men wear long trousers in the al a carte restaurants. It's not a big issue but in 2024 it is an outdated rule especially when women & children are able to wear shorts! Tailored shorts shouled really in a world of equality be allowed. All in all though we would return to this hotel in full knowledge we know we can relax & let the hotel staff take care of everything.

Great place, amazing hospitality. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly, food is good. The beach is really nice with a very nice corals, perfect for snorkeling. Nice variety of restaurants, the Japanese is very nice with a great cooking show. Pool bar with perfect view. The room is very clean, comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Perfect hotel which providing the highest quality service. Staff is very professional, food is exceptional and delicious, rooms are always clean, cozy and spacious. Pools are with amazing views. If you want have a rest come to this hotel. We want say big thanks for Daria from Guest Relation for her help and professional work during our stay. We will come back again
