酒店位置很好，早餐很好。但是房間設施確實比較老舊了，尤其是衞生間衞生一般般了。就五星級酒店而言，性價比不高。大堂服務各方面都有差距。

I made my reservation directly with the hotel. Had to check out 3 days earlier than I had expected, which I explained 6 days jn advance to the lady at the reception desk. She assured me that I can get a refund. Now I was told by another person that my reservation isn’t refundable. Even though it was made directly with the hotel. Overall I’d suggest some English language training to the staff as you have to repeat everything twice. When it comes to some complicated matters - it takes ages to sort them out. The meals at the hotel leave a lot to be desired. For a 4 star hotel it’s fine but definitely not for a 5 start as they advertise themselves Also because of that situation with my “non refundable” reservation - it goes without saying that I will never return to this hotel. The gym is old, small and most of the machines need to be fixed.

A lovely resort on the calm Red Sea where the only noise was the inquisitive grunt of a German beachgoer trying his best to get out of leaving a tip. The room was fantastic and we both had a deep sleep on the comfy king bed by the water. The beach chairs were angled to block the wind which could get breezy but never aggravating. Breakfast was good but the dinner buffet could improve. Service was fantastic throughout. Worthwhile to return if based in Cairo. So many Germans though…it’s German home away from home.

Stay away!!!! One of the worst hotels that I have ever seen!! They provide zero hospitality, they don’t care about you as a guest, receptionists are very rude and unprofessional my problem got sorted when I requested to talk to their front office manager. People at the main restaurant are very unprofessional too refusing to help and saying that we are here employees doing what the management are saying or in another meaning they don’t give a damn about you as a guest! With the money you will spent their go to other TRUE 5 stars hotels in hurghada sunrise, Rixos, Steigenberger and money more, if you care about your vacation stay away from this measurable hotel!!
