New owners six months ago. Newly renovated rooms. Excellent placement of outlets. Outlets include flash drive ports. Fresh exterior paint. Adding nice landscaping. Very nice staff. Includes breakfast. Very clean. Lovely lobby atmosphere.

There was a homeless man banging on my door continuously claiming that I was in his room. The staff did not even bother to intervene. I had no towels. And the hotel has a roach issue

The place wasn’t horrible it was clean and comfortable my only complaint was that they are doing renovations which they failed to mention when I checked in. I was woken up by the noise asked for a refund but since I booked through a 3rd party I had to call them first. Came back to room to complete my stay just to hear the construction continue until 1030pm at night

I loved my stay. After a rough day of traveling the staff was so polite and helpful. They gave us a wonderful room and were sincere.

I liked the price, and it was reasonably well kept up, even through a remodel, but smelled like **** and tobacco smoke even in a nonsmoking room.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay near a concert venue in Huntsville. This place was both convenient and inexpensive. It seemed to be clean. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker, but it did have a small fridge and a microwave, and these both worked fine. The room had a very, very strong odor of some type of unusual deodorizing spray that did not dissipate during our stay. I awoke the following morning with a series of bites that seemed to be similar to bedbug bites.

The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom had hairs on the shower wall and the water in the shower wasn't hot

When we got there, the first two rooms they sent us to were not cleaned, had to go back to the front twice to get new key cards. The air conditioner barely worked in the room we finally got into. There were random people just wondering around the grounds at all hours of the day. I killed two roaches in our room. Just a terrible experience overall.

Property was neat. Smells cigarette smoke badly and the area was terrible. We woke up to a homeless man sleeping by our door on the middle of the night. Hotel manager was very rude when approached about my door key card not working. There were very LOUD noises throughout the night and it was VERY DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for ANYONE. It was a horrible experience.
