Staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel clean and tidy. Very warm room, excellent value for money. Would stay again.

Hotel is typical of the area!
Due to the age of the property, the rooms are looking tired and can be noisy from other guests (not a fault of the guests per se).
Creaking floorboards, movement around adjacement rooms can be heard very easily. Really no soundproofing to dampen any noise within the room or corridors.
Coffee making facilities are available (kettle could do with a descale). Clean and usable, so no complaint in that regard.
I am giving 5 stars to the staff, who are very courteous and friendly. Helpful in every respect, and pleasant to guests.

Hotel nice not best situated area a little run down but quite and not to far a walk from town centre and beach. quite hotel apart from room 102 was small but ok for price paid only with only having single glazed windows could hear Aircon all night was like sleeping with a kettle on boil all night

Fantastic hotel, extremely spacious, quiet environment and clean rooms. Also brilliant staff who provide an excellent check in service. Approx 5-10 min walk to the beach and Spa.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and efficient. We were very impressed with our accommodation and the Hotel was beautifully decorated for Chris**as.
We would happily stay there again.
