Very nice hotel withing an easy walk to the food street and nightlife spots. Spotlessy clean hotel and room!!! All the staff were very polite,friendly,attentive and helpful. I really had a pleasant staying there and I can't recommend it enough. If I would ever go back to Hue,I would definitely book there again.

ロケーションは言うまでもなくいいです。 歩いてフエ王宮にも、ウォーキングストリートにも行けます。 ホテル自体も凄く親切で旅行客に分かりやすい位置に トイレ貸しますよーの看板がありました。ホーチミンからフエまでバイクで旅行していて今まで沢山ホテルに泊まりましたが初めてそのサインを見ました。 受付の女性がとても親切で、美味しいレストランや ストリートフード、観光場所などを教えてくれます。 ホテルのスタッフの気遣いが5星ホテル並みに良かったです。またフエに来ることがあれば利用したいです。

立地も良いし部屋もきれい。なによりスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしい!　みんな親切、笑顔で接してくれてとても気持ちが良く過ごせました。めちゃくちゃおすすめします。

후에에 짧게라도 오시는분이면 여기가세요 거의 모든관관지인접에 걸어서 후에궁도 갈수있답니다 그리고 싼가격 하지만 엘베없다는점. 참고~

Jade Hotel is centrally located in the city centre. There is some traffic noise outside, but we don't hear it inside the rooms. The hotel is simple, as is the breakfast, but very nice. I would particularly like to highlight the service at the reception, led by Oanh, where everything is done to ensure that the guests are comfortable. Compared to hotels with a much higher daily rate, the Jade Hotel is actually a more pleasant and well-run hotel.

A sweet hotel run by a charming young couple - a home away from home for all who stay there. In a great location, upon arrival, I was provided a map that had been uniquely deciphered by places of interest, and that proved a boon for my few days of solo exploration in Hue. Additionally, the facilities were all that a guest could ask for - clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great welcoming at the hotel with a nice glass of water to refresh. They give you a city map with all the sightseeing to do without selling anything. I you need a tour the hotel will give you a price. The staff is very helpful. The room is what you order. No bad surprise. Everything works and the bed is very very confortable. Close to restaurants, imperial city and services. Oanh speaks many languages like English and French and always ready to help. Excellent place.

The staff was exeptional helpful and friendly, they did their best to make my stay in hue as enjoyable as possible. The room was nice and clean and the location central. Easy to rent a motorbike and arrange further traveling.

The rooms are special and clean but what makes this place so good are the staff. They are super friendly and helped me out with everything on my three days renting a bike. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The hotel is located in the core area of Hue with great access to wonderful restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel staff were so helpful, professional and eager to support our needs and so cheerful always! We loved our visit to Hue and our stay at the Jade Scene hotel made our experience extra special.
