There's no customer service as such. I was received with the question: "do you have a reservation?" To which I replied "yes" and immediately was given the keys to the cabin. When I asked "how do you know I'm the right person? The lady said "There's only one reservation pending to check in". No id requested, no chance to ask about the area. Seemed like the lady was in a hurry to leave.

Overall a very nice, safe and clean place to stay. Family friendly environment with a set of swings out in the lawn for kids (and grown ups) to play. Cabin was nice, spacious and very clean. Fireplace with plenty of wood, hot water and confortable beds. Friendly staff. Woke up with the lovely sounds of rooster and birds chirping.

En la reservación decía que era cama king size y no lo son de hecho el colchón no es un colchón es un hule espuma durísimo
NO LO RECOMIENDO POR QUÉ SE SUPONE QUE VIENES A DESCANSAR Y SU CAMA NO AYUDA OJO

No hay alguien en recepción para pedir informes, no informan sobre horarios de servicio y cuando alguien pide ayuda dicen que ya es muy noche para atender el servicio. ( encender fogata a las 10:00 pm, no recibimos ayuda)
