Beautiful little spot. Friendly and attentive owners. The garden area is wonderful. Will definitely come back.

Would definitely recommend staying, whether it's just for 1 night. Eva and her husband was super helpful! We had encountered 2 Rain spiders that were just chilling on the roof and then they helped getting them out for us without harming the spiders. Helped with anything we needed, whether it was a recommendation for good food nearby or something we needed at the stay. Ps: Love the whole train carriage theme they had going! Very cozy!

The host was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us even though the place was busy . Great value for money and well situated to the dam and other amenities like restaurants etc etc. I pray they have rooms available when booking again

We stayed at Sunbird, it has a beautiful garden but the boma needs some tlc. The 4 bedrooms with en-suites were pleasant, one was a bit squashed and our one bed was uncomfortable. The shower needs time to get hot or you need to phone the host to help you. The host was very friendly and welcoming. There was a generator for load-shedding. The breakfast room is cozy and welcoming. The one website advertises a pool but there is no pool.
