The place is right next to the highway,so at bed time it was hard to fall sleep. The staff was very attentive and helpful. For the price I wasn't expecting much,my only complaint is the quality of the bed sheets and the towels we were provided, they looked cheap and had stains. Overall for the price, its not bad.

I've been traveling to Houston and staying at the Palace Inn at I-290 and Fairbacks several times per month, for the past several years, and frankly I would stay anywhere else. The rooms are beautifully kept and maintained -- very clean, up to date furnishings, a great presentation of linens, bedding, and toiletries, very friendly housekeeping, and ownership. Again, I would stay anywhere else. The best. Mike

My room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly with easy check-in. Price was also good for this area. Only complaint is road noise since it's right off 290

The person in the lobby was great. He was very hospitable and friendly. Quite refreshing. The rooms have all been updated and remodeled. Super clean and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and accommodated my request for an extended stay. The rooms were clean, and all my queries were answered promptly. I would recommend this location for both business and leisure travel.
