All of the staff were friendly, responsive to my needs, and very accommodating. They made me feel "at home" during my entire stay. The cleaning staff did a great job. The rooms and bedding need to be updated, carpet needs cleaning.

Every time we go there the elevator doesn’t work and we are forced to stay on a higher floor. Due to health reasons a few of my family members shouldn’t walk stairs but have to because the elevator never works. So that means we can’t go eat breakfast in the mornings because of the walking up and down two or more flight of stairs

Checking in was an hassle. Things were pretty blocky. As soon as I walked into the room, I was greeted to an half ripped curtain and wet spots across the boarding of the bed as well as the desk, seats have ripped and stained with mystery brown musk. For a deluxe room, I expected more. The shower was the only true peaceful thing. Felt like a motel would have done more justice. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, you’ll be alright.

My stay was the most horrible I have ever experienced. The elevator was not working. AC was not working. Chair in the room look horrible.

First off, they had the BEST service. We always felt welcomed and everyone working there were so hospitable and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was lacking. We stayed for almost a week and the entire time the elevator was broken. There wasn't a full bathroom set available (examples: shampoo but no conditioner, no toothpaste, etc.) and the room had an overall weird smell. I'm not sure I would come back until some changes were made, but I will miss the people working there.
