I loved my stay the amenities worked my room where constantly cleaned on a daily basis and they had a business center which was the most important thing in my stay. The only thing they should work on is the smell on the hallway but everything is clean

酒店位置還算可以。前台接待禮貌高效，必須用房卡才能乘坐電梯和使用一樓衞生間。房間和走廊有濃重的味道，類似印度人身上的味道。床軟且有支撐，布草較新。有燙衣板和熨斗，有咖啡機但是燒水費勁，衞生間馬桶沖水強勁，洗浴噴頭固定在牆上，衞生間洗手盆下水堵不能鎖上，否則不能提上來，存水就排不了。臨近公路但不吵，免費早餐保證基本需求，沒有蔬菜，衹有水果，適合預算底的客人。

The guy at night shift for check in was rude and they gave me a room with a king bed when I chose two queen bed. In front of hotel entrance there is homeless people camping.

The iron and hairdryer were both broken. The a/c didn't work. The front desk people were rude except for the white girl who checked me in. There was a lady running the breakfast and she was rude as well. The elevators could be better.

Most of the staff were very helpful and the beds were super comfy. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. It is older so the carpets and such are well used. Laundry room had been decommissioned so that was a disappointment as that was the amenity that swayed my booking. If you are looking for a comfortable sleep and a decent breakfast, this is a good choice. Bonus....lobby always had iced water ready for you to fill your water bottles.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The building was rundown and now well kept. We did spot roaches on the hallway wall.

Wasn’t in the hotel room 30 second before seeing a roach run across the counter so I check right out now having issues getting my refund

Room smelled bad, and was dirty. Asked front desk to cancel second night, they refused cancellation/refund.
