Room was nice enough, but the 2nd building just seemed a little creepy at night. If you are in main hotel, I’d give it another star

This property is 20mins from the airport! It is dirty, old, very outdated and the staff were terrible. I refuse to stay here and am leaving for another hotel!

This hotel should nit be considered an airport hotel. It is a 20 drive….in a taxi. The shuttle only runs once and hour. Not convenient after a long travel day.
The property has seen better days and could benefit from either having the carpet cleaned or removed. AC unit very noisy

We stayed in one of the apaartments. It was big, spacious, and clean. They had several options for breakfast which was nice.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast choices excellent appreciated being able to get coffee, tea or a utensil late.
Problems were not being able to get shuttle from airport because phone down. Also the roll in shower handicapped room not available because someone stayed over. They offered us a room with jacuzzi instead but partner unable to bathe and then found out jacuzzi was not functioning which they knew about. Not a great trade and had to get an Uber there

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel room was clean and quiet.
We booked this hotel primarily because it offered a free airport shuttle and seened to cater to airline guests. Since apparently the shuttle wS not working. We arranged for a taxi to the hotel when we were disconnected by the front desk and they refused to help us arrange a taxi for the morning.
