"Staying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended."

"ฉันเพิ่งกลับมาจากการเดินทางไปเนเปิลส์และพักที่โฮมสเตย์แห่งนี้ ทําเลที่ตั้งเหมาะสําหรับการดื่มด่ํากับบรรยากาศของเนเปิลส์ – เราสามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากมาย สิ่งที่โดดเด่นจริงๆคือทุกอย่างสะอาดแค่ไหน มันทําให้การกลับมาหลังจากวันที่วุ่นวายของการเที่ยวชมสถานที่ผ่อนคลายมาก เรามีรถไฟในตอนเช้าดังนั้นจึงเป็นเรื่องง่ายที่จะรับมัน"

"The bnb is very neat and clean and smells good, and very convenient to stay there because it is automatic all when you go inside your room, very secured, I recommend these bnb and we will go back there if we go again in Naples. Thanks a lot"

"Hotel location is okay, around 15 mins ish walk from the city centre. We served slightly earlier to drop off our luggage before the check in time, during that time the room wasn’t furnished or clean yet. When we came back during the evening, although the room was cleaned, it still felt slightly dirty. There was no lift so it was a struggle to take our suitcases up and back down but overall it was an okay experience"

"Le service a été désastreux, lors de mon enregistrement on m’a confirmé que tout était confirmé pour mon séjour mais lorsque je suis arrivé sur place on ne m’avait pas fournis la bonne adresse et surtout les bons codes pour rentrer dans ma chambre d’hôtel, je suis arriver à 20h et donc personne pour m’aider j’ai du trouver un autre moyen pour dormir dans un autre pays seule c’est honteux j’ai donc perdu une nuit sans qu’on me la rembourse et le lendemain ça a été très compliquer encore pour récupérer ma chambre. Également ils m’ont demander 200€ de frais supplémentaires notifier nul part et surtout un dépôt de garanti de 200€ que je n’ai jamais reçu. Je n’ai jamais vu ça c’était catastrophique. Je ne recommande pas du tout fuyez !"
