It's a great house in an awesome location. However, it has not been looked after well. It's quite dirty (spinning webs in the room, toilet in the reception area is being used as ayi's cleaning room or where she would look after her personal hygiene - comb and cleaning utensils/towels placed on sink) and even though you can see some staff from time to time, they don't feel keen to interact with you. All the activities that we were sent, were not available (animal feeding - no animals, wine tasting - no wine) or we had to find out how to do them ourselves (drawing - most of the pens were dry. sunset walk - no one could efficiently explain where to go or point out direction on map). Lunch and denu menu is the same and very limited (also fries were sold out after the first night we stayed there), there were no cool drinks available. At breakfast menu there was a station where staff should make fresh fried egg but there was no staff. No one asked if we wanted tea or coffee or was there to help with anything. In the morning, the table was still the same like we left it after dinner. All in all, it was very chaotic and felt more like an airbnb than a hotel experience.

面向太湖，遠山如黛，水光瀲灧。打開房間的一剎那，我就被驚艷到了。一整面的玻璃幕牆，感覺房間就像一葉輕舟，隨時可以駛向湖心。遠眺、近觀，入目皆是美景。看水波粼粼、白雲飄飄、飛鳥翱翔，不出房間，你都能感受到太湖的美。感覺自己快被太湖融化了！耶✌！我一定做對了什麼，才從攜程上，挑到了這樣動人、走心的湖景房！[愉快] 酒店和管家的服務也非常到位！早餐灰常精美！離店時還暖心地送了當季的枇杷。

很愉快的一次週末親子游 兩個家庭都很滿意 以後肯定還會再來 位置在縹緲峯景區入口 很多住客會徒步吸氧爬山 而我們選擇了兩天都泡在泳池🏊🏻♀️🏊🏻♂️ 可以説包場的程度 整個環境如同酒店名字「靜心谷」真的讓人會不自覺靜下心來放鬆~ 整體服務有求必應 環境也很舒適 公區也維護的不錯 有看到工作人員在用心打掃 週末房態允許的情況下也幫我們升級了 期待下次再來玩~

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

The hotel is charming and we had a wonderful experience overall! The room was very nice—spacious, clean, and decorated with a cozy touch. It was evident that the lady running the place puts her heart into it; She cooked the food herself, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! She was also very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable and for a truly relaxing time. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hot spring was not included with the room. Given that it's literally in the name of the hotel and considering the price of the room, I expected it to be part of the package.

โฮมสเตย์ตั้งอยู่ในหมู่บ้านในอุดมคติเจ็ดสิบสองแห่ง สภาพแวดล้อมดีมาก ทุ่งนา ริมแม่น้ํา รถไฟขนาดเล็ก และชีวิตชนบทในอุดมคติ ฉันชอบมันมาก มันคือเพดานชีวิตเกษียณในฝัน พูดถึงโฮมสเตย์แล้ว สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ สว่างสดใส และรูปแบบการตกแต่งก็บรรยากาศดี มีโซฟาขนาดใหญ่ อ่างอาบน้ําขนาดใหญ่ และลานด้านหน้าขนาดเล็กในห้อง จริง ๆ แล้วเตียงคู่สามารถรองรับได้อีกสองคน พูดถึงการจัดเลี้ยงของโฮมสเตย์แล้ว คุ้มค่าแน่นอน ถ้าอยากได้ข้อบกพร่องอะไรก็ปริมาณมากเกินไป แต่ละจานมีกระถางใหญ่ขึ้น ทําให้ฉันกินอย่างหนักและกินอย่างหนัก ไม่อย่างนั้นเสียดายเสียดาย สุดท้ายนี้ มาพูดถึงการบริการของโรงแรมกัน หนุ่มๆ ที่เจอทุกคนสุภาพมาก เพราะตอนกลางดึก มีคนไม่กี่คนที่ห้องตรงข้ามกันส่งเสียงดังจนนอนไม่หลับ เราพูดกับแม่บ้าน แม่บ้านนอกจากขอโทษทันที ฉันยังลดราคาค่าอาหารค่ําเพิ่มเติมให้ฉันด้วย มันไม่คาดคิดจริงๆ ฉันต้องชอบเลย์เอาต์ของโฮมสเตย์ 👍 ถ้ามีโอกาสอยากไปหมู่บ้านในอุดมคติและพักที่โฮมสเตย์นี้
