What a pleasure it is to return to this hotel. We truly feel as if we are in our second home. This is the third time we have stayed here, and it is always just as exceptional, and I do not say that lightly. The location is simply magnificent. The swimming pool, the hot baths, the gym, and even the park surrounding the hotel are all absolutely beautiful. The staff are highly competent, very professional, and speak English, which is also a really appreciated advantage. But what we appreciate the most is definitely the breakfast. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. What a joy it is to find fresh pastries again. It is truly a wonderful experience. The food is excellent as well, whether it is Chinese cuisine or Western dishes, everything we tried was delicious. Room service is also very good: fast, efficient, and reliable. The food delivered to the room is of excellent quality, and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. We feel completely at home here, and the team always has a thoughtful little gesture for us, often with a small farewell gift at the end of our stay. Honestly, we love this hotel, and it has become a place where we enjoy coming back to relax, reconnect, and spend peaceful moments together.

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here. Very nice private villa and pool, styled in a classic Chinese design. Clean, quiet, comfortable and high quality. Afternoon tea was nice also. Minor criticism and not the hotel's fault - the area around the villas was *slightly* noisy. Fireworks, distant music and cars could all be heard. This is standard for China and it didn't spoil it for us but had hoped for somewhere totally silent. Nevertheless would go back here without hesitation. Tip: You might want to ask them to put a bit old water in the hot spring tub. It was simply too hot for us to enter on the first night.

I was surprised at how big, spacious, and well-designed our room was. I love that the bath and toilets were separate and the toilet has a smart function. Furthermore, they were also arranged separately from the hot springs tub in the room. The pool itself was big enough for the two of us, which wasn't evident in the hotel photos when I booked. The buttons for the hot and cold water were timed, which means that I can leave them running while I prepare to soak. There's a huge waterproof sofa next to the tub, which makes for a convenient place for putting things like food, towels, bath robes or phones. The only thing they missed was offering free tea to guests. I forgot to pack one so we went out to buy some. Outside, though, was empty and quiet, but the hotel was just 500 m away from the metro, so we went. The Chinese breakfast was abundant and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly we hardly we hardly can speak good Chinese. We want to come back here again.

My family had a fantastic stay at Westin Nanjing Resort. The front desk were extremely caring. We received a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary. Most staff can speak English. The choice of food at both breakfast and dinner is very rich and everything is delicious. All the facilities are amazing: swimming pool, outdoor hot springs, kids club, outdoor Baobao paradise playground and sure the park where the hotel is located. We took a chance to visit 13 Gardens - a very beautiful place to walk around. Probably one night is not enough!

Except for the location of the hotel that we have to call a cap to the town for dinner (about 15 mins of the ride) (as there is only one restaurant in the hotel), everything is worth a penny. The location itself is not a problem if you see it as a place for retreat and relaxation, and as taking a cap is pretty easy and common in China by using the apps, it is not difficult to go around the area. We love the hotel, hot spring and the facilities very much!
