An outskirt paradise on the hill. Good for hiking or treking. Impressed by the Italian designed lobby. We were well received by the house keeper Teddy. We were honor to be attended by the owner Ernest Guan who make all guests feel at home. Ever obliging and “Take your time”is his slogan . The western meal is acceptable and the Chinese meal is excellent. We eventually extended our stay to join the night party with many foreigners. Thanks Ernest to his extra “wood”for comforting us through those chilling nights party.

Wow! This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

had a wonderful stay at Hentique Resort. It is an amazing place, especially for families. The resort is very clean, the food is good, and transportation is convenient. The location is great, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The staff were very helpful, they added us on WeChat, and whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and efficiently. I would recommend staying at least 2 days, as 1 day is not enough to fully enjoy everything the resort offers. There are a couple of areas for improvement. English support is limited, so it is better to research activities in advance before arriving. The White Tea Museum is interesting, but we couldn’t fully understand it due to the lack of English explanations. It would be much better if the resort provided English materials such as a map, activity list, or information booklet. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting!

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

As soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests.
