Прежде чем писать отзыв скажу, жаль что нельзя поставить 10 балов. Признаться, даже если очень захотеть, то не возможно найти к чему можно было бы придраться. Отель очень чистый, очень ухоженная территория. Нас отдыхала компания из 11 человек и все как один сказали, что всем очень понравилось. Скажу так, наше путешествие по Филиппинам длилось 16 дней, посетили 3 острова и были в Маниле, но на 10 000% скажу так, что лучше кухни чем здесь не было ни где. Все, абсолютно все, чтобы вы не заказли будь то завтрак или обед или ужин, все было безумно вкусно. Bam i, Oglio Olio, SiSig тут самые оболденные. Есть бар, где цены практически на все как в 7/11 С самого утра, мы шли в бассейн и даже не смотря на то, что бар работает с 9 утра, а было всего 7:30 нам всегда открывали его и давали бутылочку холодного пива либо, чего-то покрепче))). Однажды вечером когда мы сидели и ужинали, случайно познакомились с хозяином отеля. Мужчина в возрасте, больше 10 лет живет на Филиппинах.... Отдельно про номера, они очень чистые и аккуратные. Там все есть необходимое и вода и чай с кофе, все мыльные принадлежности, халаты, полотенца в том числе и пляжные. Нам на ресепшене помогли с арендой байков, они привезли их нам прямо в отель, так же помогли с организацией экскурсии. С Панглао мы отправились на остров Себу, нам любезно забронировали и помогли выкупить билеты на паром и организовали трансфер. Кстати из аэропорта, нам так же организовали бесплатный трансфер до отеля.... В общем я всем искренне рекомендую данный отель особенно тем, кто еще сомневается)))

We have stayed here four times now and are always greeted with a warm “welcome back”! The service is consistently good, and the breakfast offers a great variety of choices. Josie at reception is always helpful and courteous, and Karen in the dining area is polite and attentive. We truly appreciate the friendly and reliable service each time we stay.

The staff are very accomodating. The free breakfast make us feel full during the morning activities. The location is near the community center that makes it easy for us to roam around the area. We had a great time during our stay especially the kids.

Staff- accommodating and helpful Location - very accessible,,nearby restaurants, coffee shops, fastfood chains, noise outside is tolerable, 2-3 min walk to the beach Price - Lucky, I got the best deal using the app Room - spacious, secured with 2 bottled water, liquid soap, shampoo, hand soap, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towel, air-conditioning, water heater (opportunities: some stain in toilet door, shower head I need to fix it and some cobweb in closet) Internet access is decent I recommend this place and will definitely book again. I arrived late for check-in and made a phonecall informing them about my late arrival. When we arrived, need to wait too long because they were not able to see my booking from Agoda. I highly recommend to book via trip.com, on the spot we were able to get a confirmation of booking. Trip.com is more reliable and hassle free.

The rooms shower and hand wash Faucet too old and stained. The water heater not function properly. Soemtiene extremely hot and sometimes extremely cold. Overall its pleasant to stay and the staffs are very very friendly and helpful🥰. Strategic location. Very close to mcd and alona beach

The hotel was clean and the staff were quite nice but it was rather basic. For toiletries, all they provided were a Toothbrush and toothpaste and I had to go out to get myself soap, shampoo and conditioner. There wasn't much to do in the immediate area but you rent a motorbike and move around the town on your own.

Woken up at 06:45am by owner playing music. Who then had a loud telephone conversation under my window. They offer a budget room - no kettle, no coffee, no bottled water, no toiletries, but charge a higher price. Breakfast is advertised as included, but it is only partly. You are allowed 200 pesos free (1 coffee is 100, 1 French toast is 100), after that, you have to pay for anything additional. On arrival, I informed staff that my toilet was broken as the flush did not work. They told me they'd look into it. When I returned, I was informed that I was right, it was broken, and I was given a bucket to flush.

Amenities, do not expect much, they only provide water dispenser downstairs with reusable mugs; bedsheets are thin & a bit old but tolerable, looks clean and smells good, & blankets are ok; with 1 pillow only each bed; inside bathroom has 2 pcs small soap (though I saw 1 tiny cockroach inside, hu hu hu!). We enjoyed their TV with netflix. Staffs are kind & very approachable, & helpful as well. With limited parking (2-3 cars).
