The Classic Horseshoe Bay Motel

Nice spot to wait out the ferry. Don’t forget to leave the village and drive away from the ferry to use the uturn route at exit 4 . That allows you to come back on the hwy to get in line for ferries. Little bit of a dead spot in the google map world .

My arrival to Vancouver was delayed however motel staff ensured that I could still access my room after hours.

The room was very nice and it was close to the Garry for foot traffic but a little harder to drive to. Finally got there with my gps. Kept missing the exit. But very nice place to stay. Parking lot is a little small but the room was huge.

If you’ve got an early ferry trip, this is a good option to stay the night - less than a five minute walk from the terminal. Equally close to a range of restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable for two people, and the bed was as cozy as any other place I’ve stayed at. Check in was a breeze, with the staff helpful and engaging.

If you really need a place to stay near the ferry, then go for this one. It’s near and you wont need to worry with the hassle on the commute

Pulled back the duvet and found 4 hairs in the sheets, of varying lengths and colours!!.....same in bathroom.

Perfect spot to stay when long days traveling to the island need a break.

It was a quaint but cute outdoor entry motel with a very surprisingly cozy interior. No air conditioning in the room but outside temps were fine for the night

Our stay at Horseshoe Bay Motel was wonderful. Easy check in and check out, clean room and property, and friendly staff. Would love to stay again one day.
