The location of the hotel was perfect for the view and the peace and quiet! The garden was perfect for resting and getting some sun. Lots of nice places to sit and have a drink and enjoy the afternoon snack. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are maybe old fashioned but very clean and comfy. We loved it!

Just on our last night at this lovely hotel. We stayed over new year as a family of four. We chose one of the "Family" rooms which was great for 2 adults and two teenage girls. There is a separate bedroom with two single beds, in the main room area is a large double bed with separate sofa/table/sitting area, there is a separate toilet and alsod a separate bathroom with a heated floor. The breakfast has a large selection of self service items to suit all tastes, including some lactose free options. Evening meals are amazing, great salad buffet, two entrées, a choice of 3 or 4 main meals plus a choice of desserts. They will even provide off menu items for children such as schnitzel n chips if the kids don't fancy what is on offer. The staff are very professional and attentive. Our main waiter on this occasion was David who went above and beyond checking allergy information formour youngest daughter. There is plenty of parking, during the winter there are 5 or 6 ski buses in the morning and same again in the afternoon, these start/finish at the AlpenSchlössl so you will always get a good seat on the bus in the morning even in peak season busy times. The bar and reception staff who are also very professional and helpful throughout the day. We'll be back again!!

A beautiful location especially if you have a room looking down the valley to the south of the hotel. The room we had was generous with a separate toilet and a separate bathroom and a balcony looking down the valley. The rooms are serviced each day but bathroom products were not replenished. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The location is removed from any of the nearby villages so if you don't have your own transport you have to walk or use taxis. Walking is easy and there are many tacks around. The weather can be everything in one day: cold, rain, sun ... The restaurant provides breakfast and dinner. The dinner was a variety of small dishes in 5 courses and was delicious. We were surprised to be told we were the first Australians to stay here.

What a beautiful family run hotel. So warm and comfy, really super food and service, swimming pool area very nice ...and the sauna area fantastic. Hotel room very nice and pillows are so comfortable. Will be back for sure and would highly recommend.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir schon mal sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer war super mit Südblick. Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung, das Abendessen sehr gut mit Salatbuffet und 4 weiteren Gängen. Man konnte zwischen drei Hauptgerichten und 2 Desserts wählen. Leider konnten wir den Wellnessbereich nicht testen, da wir so tolles Wetter hatten und viel unterwegs waren. Spätnachmittags sind wir dann in den sehr frischen Außenpool (wir lieben das kalte Nass) und lagen dann noch im sehr schön angelegten und gepflegten Garten. Absolut Top ist die Lage, ein Traumblick auf das Tal und die Berge. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen! Es gab für uns nichts was man beanstanden könnte. Die Lage ist wunderbar, mit schöner Terrasse auf der man die Sonne und die Nachmittagsjause genießen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, der Wellnessbereich ebenso und lädt zum Erholen ein. Die Küche ist sehr gut und das Servicepersonal überaus kompetent und freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel AlpenSchlössl liegt vis á vis der Hohen Salve auf einer leichten Anhöhe und ist gut erreichbar (Beschriftung von der Bundesstraße abbiegend ca. 800 m). Die Anbindung an das Schigebiet Söll ist mit dem Schibus (Halbstundentakt), der direkt vor dem Haus hält, optimal. Das Essen (Frühstück, 3/4 Pension) mit Wahlmenüs ist sehr gut, auch wie die weitere Ausstattung des Hauses (Zimmer, Wellness, Hallenbad, Parkplätze). Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel AlpenSchlössl habe ich mehr als genossen! Ein top gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel in perfekter Höhenlage mit wunderbarem Ausblick hat mich erwartet. In meinem ansprechenden und großen Zimmer (mit Balkon und separatem WC) habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Verwöhnpension war hervorragend; ein Frühstücksbuffet, das keinen Wunsch offen lässt, eine Nachmittagsjause mit herzhaften und süßen Speisen sowie ein leckeres 4-Gänge-Auswahlmenü plus reichhaltigem Salatbuffet - was will man mehr... Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und ansprechend zubereitet und wurden auf vorgewärmten Tellern heiß serviert. Das Hallenbad ist sehr schön gestaltet, mit Wasserfall, Massagedüsen und einem Luftsprudler in der Mitte, zum Relaxen stehen Liegen und Ruhekojen bereit. Den großen Sauna- und Wellnessbereich habe ich nicht genutzt. Sowohl die Chefin des Hauses als auch die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und mit Herzblut dabei; man fühlt sich einfach wohl und als Gast willkommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit; ich komme gerne wieder!
