Their facilities are excellent. Please inform to keep toiletries filled in washroom. We had to ask for refill. Linen and towels needs to be replaced with new bunch. It's worn off'

Property just not up to the standard. Location is prime close to the temple but hospitality was horrible. Pathetic food. A/cs don't work, dirty bedsheets.

It is very nicely located, well maintained rooms are very spesious, clean cooperative staffs foods are good.

Stayed last week in this Tarapith Hotel. Experience is very worst. The manager think himself a goon and threatening customers, don't have respect to females as well in terms of using foul language. They scammed us by giving the same room for the second day stay at Rs.2100 which was booked for Rs.1300 for first day on MMT. The manager doesn't know that he's providing service to the customers and he asked us to leave in middle of night with all our luggages if we don't pay extra Rs.1400 and while I asked and tried booking the same room from MMT, he at a glance remove that room from MMT. Second comes the rooms you can check it in images how bad are those and even don't have proper room service.

Very good hotel and clean. Arrangements are very good. The food quality is very good but the price is too high. The hotel location is very good and spacious.

Disgusting behaviour of manager and staffs are not cooperative. Even rooms are too unhygienic, bathrooms are very bad and not affordable at such price range in tarapith area.

Well, it was horrible, the rooms are not as what shown and google. They are worst, price is higher than what it is actually. Most important - manager (maybe owner) is very rude and impolite. Staffs are not at all helpful. Even you can't bring outside food. Overall experience: - 1. Not affordable at all. 2. Beds were very dirty. 3. Walls are broken. 4. Dirty and torn curtains. 5. Staffs behaviour not good. 6. Manager (maybe owner) is an utter disgusting person who just know how to loot money and is very rude. 7. The washroom of that room is horrible, the force of the water from tap is like it takes 30 mins to fill up full bucket of water. 8. Sometimes you will get hot waters from all of the water taps and staffs even don't know why it is happening. Nb- the manager don't respect the customers and are not polite to us and even argue on being caught on telling lies and ask for hefty money for staying one extra day (almost 2x. Staffs and managers don't have coordination and they are telling us that we are illiterate.

I stayed few times in this hotel its one of the cheap and best hotels to stay in tarapith rooms are clean washroom is also clean. Good for a family stay and food is very tasty with reasonable price. Whenever i go i prefer this hotel as main choice. Staff behavior and room service also decent.
