Sunset always provides a friendly, comfortable , good handicapped room. Nothing fancy, but a fair price.

While other hotels near mt hood are charging astronomical prices, this hidden gem is becoming a preferred option for us because of its cost effectiveness and good quality. It’s our second time staying there and we have several more upcoming reservations to look forward to!

The staff was very friendly at check-in. The room was well maintained and clean overall. There was just a little stain on the white curtain and the sink had a bit of a slow drain. Bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again

The male owner is really rude he was ok most of the time except when I asked for the price of 4 nights he was super short and just rude. His wife is a complete sweetheart super helpful and she's amazing and runs everything perfectly. It's really clean here and I think it's a reasonable price. Just hope the husband starts to be more nice if he wants my business again.

This is a budget priced motel that is very clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed. It was a good value. We will stay again when looking for a value priced accommodation in Hood River with a convenient location!

We had read reviews that it was a cozy and comfy motel, and that is exactly what we found. Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet, and the bed was just so comfortable after a long drive. The managers were very kind and welcoming, and promptly responded when we couldn't figure out the TV. Husband fixed it in short order.

One of the lesser expensive motels in Hood River which, for a small town, has rather expensive lodging options. The property was clean and well kept.
