I had the very top floor which i wanted... the view was great but the room only had a small TV in the living room and none in the bedroom :/

建物、エレベーターなど元々の設備は古いです。部分的にリニューアルしてるようなので、それほど不便は無いです。フロントは英語のみですが、こちらの意思を伝えると丁寧に対応してくれました。清掃など従業員の方も親切です。

因為有廚房定了這家住了二週、沒有來吸過一次塵，房間舊設備舊每天的服務差（有時衹給放了浴巾而已，投訴前台二次，前台服務態度還可以）電梯從入住到退房其中一部是壞的，上下非常擁擠需要時間長。下次不會再訂這家了

Our room was run down. Definitely needs an update. Beds looked soo old and hard. Bedding was so dated and dingy looking. Kitchen area was nice an clean. Was told about no large in the parking area the morning of. So we had to circle the area every evening to find parking. Parking was probably still paid in my bill.

Certain properties were going through renovation so it was noisy everyday.Top of this only every 3 days for maid service. Therefore at least maid should be more attentive about what is low or none in the bathroom section. Another thing was the bathtub was plugged but this incident was resolved right away.I doubt I will be returning here anymore.

This place was fantastic we loved it had a room on the 37 floor great view the kids loved the play ground pool was super worm the staff was great

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. One particular employee seemed to not want to be bothered. Rooms were very clean, our mountain view with partial view of Diamond Head gave us great views of the sunrises in the mornings. The queen bed mattress was VERY firm (some might like that but I woke up achy from it). The price of parking for staying at the hotel was a bit of a shock since there is no street parking. Shopping, dining, the Zoo and the beach are all within walking distance. Overall it was a nice stay.

Booked through ********** got to the Hotel and still paid a huge Resort fee. Thought I had paid for everything. Disappointing that you have to pay $30 parking every day also.
It was very nice that our baby cribs we're ready and set up. Nice big room for our family. Very nice employees. Always answer whenever we called with questions.
