Had a great stay! Got an apar**ent better then I booked! Very clean! Great service! I would definitely recommend and book again!

Great experience, location is great one second from the beach and the boardwalk. Place is clean, kitchen is handy if you have family with kids. Marco was great, respond very quickly to any inquiries and emails. I will for sure come again and recommend it to all my friends.

This is my second time in this hotel and every time succeeds my expectations The staff Mr Marco Zafarti was the entire time answering my emails phone calls questions. I will recomended This hotel every time I give this hotel and staff Specially to Mr Marco 200 out of 5 starts Thank you marco

Much nicer then i expected. I was pleasently surprised to see it loked bigger in person. So close to the beach and no loud neighbors. Marco was great always answering any questions. I will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Less than a block from beach. Great room. Communication was excellent. Had a great time with family.

This hotel is not looking for repeat customers. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a long wait with no apologies. You are squeezed into a tight corridor of other weary travellers trying to check into rooms while the hotel staff attend to the phones seemingly indifferent to the needs of the customers. The room was promised to be full of cookware and kitchen utensils. There were none to be found. Eventually two days later after repeated requests we received a box with 2 cups,2 plates 2 pots etc. The issue was I booked a room for three. Then we discovered the microwave was broken another 4 calls later and 2 days our microwave was replaced. The bikes are rusted out. One of the tires were flat and one the chain kept popping off again no empathy or apologies from the staff in the product they are providing. Despite this we inquired about moving to the blue swan and extending our vacation for a month...however no one got back to us despite me leaving my contact information. So we decided to leave as my frustration with the level of service exceded my wish to be close to the beach...While we were there one of the pools was closed down by the health depar**ent and also when we were having breakfast the florida health depar**ent arrived and the breakfast was moved the following day. I really think with the way they are running this business they are not looking for repeat customers just hoping new customers will keep coming look somewhere else...
