Friendly stuff, the location is awesome, the room was ok but Not well soundproofed, I could hear the next room and bellow room conversation and music… hopefully they stopped at midnight!

This was perfect for us
No frills, but clean and close to the beach
Had everything we needed for a short beach vacation.
The front desk crew was especially friendly and accommodating.

Love this property. Very helpful staff. Rooms are very nice and only a few feet from the hollywood boardwalk and the beach.

Excellent location- next to the beach and fine restaurants
Reception is friendly, beach chairs and towels were very handy
Wish- we have coffee in the lobby and possibly umbrellas for the beach

The hotel is clean and the location is great. We didn't use the pool because it is not heated. Our unit was spacious and we were very impressed with it. The problem was that every morning between 6 and 8 we were awakened by heavy trucks behind us making a continuous loud noise. That is not the fault of the hotel, but it did affect our enjoyment of the trip.

We stayed in building 1, room 2 which is a 1 bedroom with separate bath and small kitchenette with a sofa bed and chair and a table/chairs. Has outside chairs. Safe area. Just 1 block off the Hollywood Beach broadwalk. We took an Uber from the airport. A lot of great dining, music, drinks, shopping and of course beach is all in walking distance. The water taxi is just a few blocks away at Margaritaville. Highly recommend Le Tub restaurant for an amazing burger which is across the road, 2 blocks down. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a small, unheated pool. They also have beach chairs to use for no fee but they do go quickly but just check back. They provide beach towels as well.

This property is older, but nice. The living room had a daybed instead of a couch which worked for us one day, but a bit uncomfortable to watch television. Nevertheless the location cannot be beat and the staff was hospitable and helpful. I would definitely stay again to be 2 blocks from the beach!
