We were there for an overnight stay. Honestly i was very happy with the service and the room we stayed in. The room was very clean, the bed was also clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean too. They had towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom and soap and lotion by the sink. The room was spacious for two people. There was also a microwave, fridge and tv with cable which was a nice plus.
The only critical things I have would be that the water took a very long time to get hot (understandable since the building is older), and that be wary of their soaps if you have sensitive skin. I had a (very mild) reaction to the soap and it left a rash. But honestly these things are minor , I don't hold it against them.
I can't really speak for the breakfast as we didn't eat there, but they do offer it.
I would recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet and clean space to rest while in the area!

Traveling west on I40 snow started and weather conditions caused ADOT to close interstate 40. Lucky for me I had a room booked @ Green Tree. The property has been remodeled, is clean and quiet. There is a cafe next door very nice.

average inn level with old facilities. shower knob not quite functional, plumbing behind dry wall makes noise all the time, table lamp not working, limited breakfast, and one cloth was left within the shower curtain.

Whenever we're passing through Holbrook, we plan a stop here. Great service, clean rooms, and awesome food right next door.

The only terrible part was having the front desk worker assign my room to another couple. As I was done showering and was changing I heard my room door open. Turns out the front desk worker assign my room to another couple. Really awkward, make sure to lock your room door!!!!

Decent hotel for the price. I do wish that hotels would specify the type of breakfast offered. I don't consider continental breakfasts really a true breakfast.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. Had to wait to check in because she was doing something on the computer. We didn’t find out until we went to look for ice that the ice machine was broken. She had not told us upon check-in nor did they make any provisions to have ice available to us. No apology or anything. We stayed in a room on the bottom floor. The ceiling must not have any insulation in it because we could hear every step the people above us made and they had a child! The breakfast was a cold breakfast and basically non existent. We were in a handicap accessible room and your feet were on the ramp into the shower when you used the toilet. Very disappointed and would not stay there again.

Everything was fine except for the waterproof mattress cover. Both my partner and I kept waking up sweaty on the side of the mattress. I marked down for cleanliness for a few things but nothing worth noting, just general housekeeping.
