Bem localizado porem bem barulhento a noite por conta dos quadriciclos que passam na rua ao lado. Com exceção do barulho é uma boa opcao na regiao central! Se for reserva-lo, leve plug de ouvido para amenizar o ruído na hora de dormir

We decided to stay here because of the pool. It ended up being totally cloudy every day and no way I’m swimming in something I can’t see the bottom. The rooms are very rustic. I don’t know how you can clean them when it’s all wooden walls and cement floors and just, not great the beds were hard. The linens were fine and the towels were thin but fine I would think this is a step up from a hostel, but they are charging hotel prices. The staff was very nice and the cleaning staff as well.

Stayed here as part of a group tour with trutravels and couldn't recommend enough! The staff are so nice and friendly here. The hotel is right beside the only a** in holbox which is great! The pool is gorgeous. The cabins are cosy and secure. The Aircon is very good which is a must in Holbox! Beds very comfortable and made every day. Would definitely return here!

The hotel is located on the main road at walking distance from the ferry. The downsite of being so central is a lot of traffic / music noise all day and most of the night. There are no cars on the island but the quads and motorbikes are very loud. The beds are very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is very basic. The room has a safe, a fridge and AC. There are no mosquito nets so be prepared to be eaten alive by the many, many mosquitos as soon as the sun goes down :-/ If you want a quiet relaxing place to stay on Holbox, this is not the place to be! The staff was very rude. Their credit card terminal was not working (or so they said) and they obliged us to pay everything in cash. When we told them that we couldn't go over the cash withdrawal limit of our credit card, the receptionist just laughed in our face and told us that it was not his problem and that if we wanted to cancel any nights (due to the cash problem), we would have to pay a huge cancellation fee. We contacted *********** and they cancelled our nights free of charge but the experience was not very nice. This was our most expensive hotel in Mexico but by far the most awful hotel we stayed in

We booked for 2 nights and I am not sure in between "average" or "very good" stay. Our first night was a nigh**are and any person booking there should know: they are cabanas, meaning that yes, it looks cute, but they are really not soundproof. We were on the left side when you enter in the patio, and on the floor level. The people in the room above us were very loud (3 guys, speaking loud, moving furniture or seems so). But worst part was the little private fiesta some guests had until 04:00am (singing, yelling). The next day we mentioned it to the reception and they seemed surprised, reassuring that they have a night guard. There is no way they had one that night. Depending on which side you are located, you might also be close to the road, with some traffic depending on the time of the night... Apart of that, we loved: - the location: you do not need a taxi from the ferry place and everything is so close, including the main A** on the island! - the cleanliness: the place was very clean, so was the pool. - Bedding: very comfy beds - the towels: fresh towels provided (bath and pool towels), smelling good and in perfect condition. It is fine for 2 nights, but if you are looking for a place to rest and enjoy the calm, do not stay there.

EXCELENTE CONCEPTO DE ALOJAMIENTO, MUY ORIGINAL Y COMODO. LA ALBERCA INCREIBLE. EXCELENTE RECOMENDACION. MUY CERCA DE TODOS LOS ATRACTIVOS DE LA ISLA Y EL SERVICIO INIGUALABLE. VISITE LA ISLA POR NEGOCIOS PERO VOLVERIA A QUEDARME CON MI FAMILIA EN UN FUTURO PROXIMO.

Alloggio situato a 5 min a piedi dal porto e 10 min dalla spiaggia. Le camere sono molto rustiche con pareti in legno che non garantiscono isolamento termico/sonoro; presenza di condizionatore. Nel bagno non si apriva il rubinetto poiché “incastrato” nella parete di legno. Non ho provato la piscina in quanto era sporca. No colazione. Personale di reception parla solo spagnolo e nonostante sia indicata presenza dalle 7 alle 23, la presenza è parziale.

El hotel es bonito, pero no te hacen la habitación, la cama cuando me metí a dormir tenía arena las sábanas, no había papel higiénico en el Baño, al llegar no había nadie en recepción y tocó esperar 45 minutos en que llegara, en fin muy mal.

Las cabañas son hermosas y tienen comodidad muy buena, la alberca por la mañana estuvo mas que excelente para refrescar, la ubicacion es muy buena, el personal amable, muy buen lugar para hosped****
