Great hotel at the beach, rooms have sea view and within town. Breakfast delicious. Good and friendly staff.

This property is good but not great the beach is not very clean & the waiters are not too friendly or just don’t serve you by the beach, water in the shower was too hot or too cold, the cleaning crew didn’t really clean the shower floors, I accidentally drop the bottle of shampoo & never got clean up , it was dangerous slippery, floors weren’t exactly clean either.

The Presidential Suite was very noisy as it is above the lobby. The bar service is just below as well. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel and the service is awesome.

Excellent hotel right in the beach
Full Bfast is included and you can ask a bag to go if you have a tour or activity set
My gf and I got sick as we are on a restaurant outside the hotel. Because of this the staff at the hotel made special food for us that was not on the menu.
Shoutout to restaurant manager Arely as well as two of the staff who really took care of us: Majo and Aldana! Thank you for really taking care of us!! We appreciate your help!

The restaurant is excellent the prices is better that other sushi restaurant around.Is around everything that I was looking for .The only thing I don’t like is their is no light after 2am around and I didn’t feel safe walking by my self from the beach bar ,They should have sensor lights.

We had an amazing experience at this Hotel staff was very friendly hotel was in perfect location right on the beach the Island was beautiful overall a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful beaches.

The location is amazing. The stuff is great and very friendly. The food is very good. The only problem is the loud music that blasts from across the street until 3am every day. That place is loud. During the afternoon hours there is loud music blasting from the hotel on the beach, then you will have to deal with the music across the street. This hotel is more for people who want to party. We did not. Other than that, everything else is really great.
