The property was as described in the photos. The pool was very small but not somewhere you would hand out. Definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable botique hotel that is centrally located. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy walk to ferry,beaches, and restaurants. I would stay here again!
If the rooms had a small refrigerator then it would have been absolutely perfect!

Excellent boutique hotel, centrally located and within easy walking distance of ferry, beaches and restaurants. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Small outside area withtrees, plunge pool and hammocks which provide nice shade from the heat of the day. Staff were very helpful and friendly, prviding excellent service.

Hotel was exactly as it appears in photos. Large rooms with excellent natural light from balcony. Had a small yet perfect pool in the back patio for cooling off in the afternoon. We spent time in the back garden in the hammocks listening to the restaurants music next door. Mario at the front desk was great and was very helpful. Bed was firm yet comfortable. Perfect (and affordable) place for our Holbox trip.

Super clean, renovated rooms with hot water and comfortable beds. Super kind staff. Close to the beach and other spots on the island. I can fully recommend!

+ good location (close to the center, but not too close making the hotel very silent at night)

Our stay was great..the room and bathroom were clean. We were walking distance to the restaurants. For the price i would definitely book again
