โรงแรมใกล้กับ Flame Tree by Zakkaในโฮจิมินห์

แต่อย่างอื่นก็โอเค ผมค่อนข้างผิดหวังมากเมื่อเทียบกับรีวิวที่อ่านมา แต่ผมประหลาดใจมาก พนักงานต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้และช่วยยกกระเป๋าให้ ห้องพักก็เหมือนในรูป มีแม้กระทั่งน้ําร้อนๆ ถึงแม้จะไม่มีน้ําดื่มให้แต่ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องขัดขวาง

ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องความสะอาดของเตียงและห้องอาบน้ำ อย่างไรก็ตามห้องน้ำชักโครกยาก ความประทับใจโดยรวมคือคุ้มค่ากับราคา ในส่วนของทำเลนั้น ขอแนะนำเนื่องจากตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวแต่ละแห่งในโฮจิมินห์ ดังนั้นคุณจึงสามารถกลับโรงแรมและพักผ่อนระหว่างพักได้ มี Circle K และร้านกาแฟในรูปอยู่หน้าโรงแรมเลยคิดว่าที่นี่มันง่ายที่จะอยู่อาศัย

สถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยม! ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับทุกสิ่ง เป็นโรงแรมใหม่เอี่ยม เพิ่งเปิด มีเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้าใหม่เอี่ยมให้คุณใช้ คุณจึงไม่ต้องซักผ้าไปไหน ฮิวอี้เจ้าของเจ๋งและช่วยเหลือดีมาก อย่าคิดสองครั้งเพียงแค่จอง คุณจะดีใจที่ได้ทำ! ฉันให้ 5 ดาว สถานที่ที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันพักในเวียดนามทั้งหมด ขอบคุณฮิวอี้ Matt จากเดนเวอร์ โคโลราโด

จองไว้2ห้องพ่อแม่มีแมลงสาบบ้าง เสียงเพลงดังจากฝั่งตรงข้ามสามารถได้ยินเสียงเบสทั้งคืน พนักงานน่ารักและช่วยเหลือดีมาก บริการซักรีดดีมากและจองทัวร์ผ่านตัวแทนการท่องเที่ยวที่ชั้น 1 ถนน ทุกอย่างราบรื่น จะกลับมาพักอีกครั้ง

I have booked a VIP room costed about SGD 100 per nite for 2 nites. The photo shows a jacuzzi in the room! Upon check-in the room, I found the room a bit dark with dark walls, even with the curtains of the doors to the balcony opened. I have to repaired the right bedside light to make it lit. The TV remote has run out of batteries & the hair dryer is not working. I have to ask the house keeping to change it. The room is spacious with a outdoor balcony for smokers, as there is an ashtray there despite of my booking request for a non-smoking room. The balcony is facing a white wall of the next building!?! So no nice view from the balcony. Double basins are good but the jacuzzi is not working! Just treat it as an oversized bathtub. Feedback to the front counter & the answer is all jacuzzis in the hotel are all not working!?! This should be stated at the point of booking. I felt like being scammed to book a non-working jacuzzi VIP room! There are no face towels, just a medium sized towel & 2 large bath towels. The white floor towel is already stained & wet when I checked in. The aircon is weak even I have set it to full blast. However, the room is quiet without the infamous Vietnam traffic noise. There is no nite light leading to the bathroom in the nite, I have to switch on & off the lights when using it during sleep. The toilet bowl is located in the dark corner without lights. Do avoid throwing toilet paper into the bowl which would choked it. I learn it the hard way! The digital lock of the door sometimes refuses to lock. So do check if the door is lock when going out. The location of the hotel is perfect facing the famous Ben Thanh market. Shopping, eating & money changing are not a problem. There’s is a pharmacy in the left of the hotel & jewellers at the right for money changing. Most jewellers are unofficial moneychangers. This would be my first & last stay with this hotel,as there are plenty of other hotels nearby if I wanted to stay near the Ben Thanh market for my future trips. I do not mind paying but do not scam me.

เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็กมี 12 ชั้น (มีลิฟท์ตัวเล็กๆ) ห้องพักขนาดเล็ก เราได้พักห้องแบบ family มีเตียงใหญ่ 2 เตียง ห้องไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ค่อนข้างสะอาด & สะดวกสบาย & มีบริการทําความสะอาดห้องทุกวัน ๆ พนักงานของโรงแรมก็ให้ความช่วยเหลือ & สุภาพ, & พวกเขาให้เราเช็คอินได้ก่อนเวลาเมื่อเราเดินทางมาถึง ห้องอาหารของที่นี่ให้บริการอาหารเช้าฮาลาลดังนั้นจึงเหมาะสําหรับแขกมุสลิมเป็นอย่างมาก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนถนน 'Malaysia' ซึ่งสามารถเดินไปตลาด Benh Tanh Market & ร้านแลกเงินชื่อดังเพียงไม่กี่นาที ข้างถนนมีร้านอาหารฮาลาลหรือมาเลเซียค่อนข้างน้อย(แต่รสชาติไม่ค่อยถูกปาก) ยามค่ําคืนถนนเส้นนี้กลายเป็นตลาดกลางคืนเล็กๆ

ฉันพักในหอพัก 4-personอย่างรวดเร็วจนเช้ามาถึงในเช้าวันรุ่งอรุณ โฮสเทลนั้นดีมากและพอใจมาก เตียงนอนสบายเพราะเป็นโรงแรมสไตล์แคปซูลและผ้าม่านก็ดี รู้สึกเหมือนเป็นโรงแรมแคปซูล? แต่มีความรู้สึกที่เก็บของอยู่เล็กน้อย ยกเว้นว่าน้ําร้อนไม่ออกมา ฉันคิดว่ามันเป็นรุ่งอรุณ ดังนั้นฉันจึงอาบน้ําและรอวันรุ่งขึ้น แต่ฉันไม่ได้อาบน้ําเย็นในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ แต่น้ําเย็น ยังไงก็ตามฉันก็ยืนยันว่าคุณสามารถตรวจสอบได้

ผมจองห้อง family room ขนาดเตียง Queen ใหญ่ 2 เตียง ช่วงวันเกิดสามี พนักงานน่ารักและสุภาพมากทุกคน คอยช่วยยกกระเป๋าหรือเปิดประตูทางเข้าโรงแรมให้ตลอด ไม่เคยไป rooftop เพราะห้องผมมี bathtub ใหญ่อยู่แล้ว ช่องทีวีมีภาษาอังกฤษแค่ 3 ภาษา ส่วนที่เหลือเป็นเวียดนาม โต๊ะมีมดนิดหน่อย แต่ทุกๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ

It was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

公寓房間裝修得很精緻，服務態度好，客服會中文，實在是太方便了，在國外不懂的還能問她。 公寓在81塔旁邊，市中心風景不錯。客房設施齊全，廚具也有，體驗感很好。
