Very nice rooms. Convenient for walking to all the shop, restaurants, and beach.

Alder beach access point was amazing! Don’t go the the Main public one if you like privacy. Really clean. Surprisingly nice rooms considering the older common areas. Pool was fairly small but being 15 minutes from beach makes up for it. Good breakfast for that class of hotel, quite area and decent free parking

Front desk gal was great. Maintenance man was grumpy. Rooms were being renovated. Super close to beach. Bed was VERY COMFORTABLE!!

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a fine property. Not amazing, but good walkability and has always been clean and pleasant. While I’m assuming it’s temporary, the place was a mess. A ton of construction and painting. Ice machines and unplugged/unavailable because of construction. Dust and debris everywhere. Zero water available at breakfast (machine broken). Just not near the same.

The property was under obvious construction. The sprinkler heads in the rooms were covered up with tape. The first room we were in, the latch for the lock was broken and the balcony door would not lock. We were given another room, the desk clerk was very helpful with this. There were obvious areas within the rooms that suggested the construction was not complete, however the rooms were being made available.

Lots of half finished work and holes in walls, no working ice machine on property, lobby has a terrible smoky smell. Room itself is clean.

The room we stayed in was large, but cozy. It was simple and nicely decorated. At breakfast, the coffee was very hot and tasted great.
