Everything was great! Getting upstairs to the front desk is a little confusing from the parking lot. But not that big of a deal.

The hotel was beautiful and rooms were modern and lovely, though small. The only weird thing was that the entrance leads to back of the building parking, and it was confusing where to go to check in.

Because I was awaiting knee surgery and our son’s home did not meet my needs, we needed a place to stay for Christmas and Aloft was close by. It was economical.

For the price the breakfast should be included. The staff was just not helpful but not rude either. I appreciated the water at the lobby for only one bottle in the room was a bit cheap of the hotel.
