各方面與價格不匹配，給我們的房間兩個空調都是壞的，讓換房間不給換，非要叫人來修，弄得滿地都是水，不建議來住，照片肯定是好看的，但是都是假象

Great place for a family stay. Stunning views of the Indian ocean. Excellent food, friendly staff, great amenities. Beat hotels hands down for family stays! Very luxurious experience all around. Kids loved the plunge pool and constant stream of commands to Alexa!

I was at the property to celebrate my birthday. The parking was safe and the security was helpful. Everyone was welcoming from the parking slot to the reception. Check in was quick and everything was well explained. We were escorted to our suite which was decorated. Suite was clean and the view was absolutely beautiful. Food was good. Roof top Restaurant is nice for a peaceful dinner. We booked for 1 night but eventually stayed for 2. It was so peaceful, simply listening to the sound of waves. I thank the security. Thank you reception team especially for sharing the mobile charger. I thank the room service team for bringing the meals on time and you all were very polite and cheerful. Thank you to the Roof top Restaurant team. Thank you house keeping team especially the 2 young lads who came for the turn down service, so friendly and concerned. Thank you to the Chefs for the great food. Thank you to the General manager for his sincere follow up email. You have a fantastic team .

Good food and great service, good place for a family or a couple. We visited with family and occupied the 401 3 bedroom apartment and there were enough space and the quality of the apartment is really good up to the standard. There is a beach you can relax and a roof top restaurant as well. Also Crystal Sands is closer to many places to visit in down south. Easy and convenient. The staff was super supportive. Food is also good quality and tasty. .

The most cleanliest rooms, and friendliest staff. No racial biase unlike most hotels who undermine locals, but not this Hotel. Especially loved the in toom jacuzzi! The in rokm meal service was excellent. The hotel’s concern about visitor’s privacy is a plus point! Highly recommend the hotel!

One of the best jewels of stays around Galle with only 15mins to the Galle fort. The rooms are in immaculate condition, clean and comfy. The private pool is heavenly. The living room is fully upgraded with Alexa, voice controlled to open binds, lights and music.. the roof top bar and restaurant is a must with the infinity pool on the side. But special thanks to the loving staff who were pleasant and always willing to help. The staff is highly trained to respect locals and foreigners alike. This was a memorable stay for our family. Our room service staff hirush and gihan made sure our rooms are well maintained, cleaned and the sundries are refilled. Will definitely revisit and recommend the CRYSTAL SANDS GALLE

Our recent stay was simply delightful! The restaurant's views were breathtaking, and the food was beyond delicious. The service? Impeccable. My wife fell in love with this place instantly, and we're already planning our next visit. It's perfect for couples and families looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Lanka. Highly recommended!
