First time there since covid. I couldn't wait to spend a few days there again. However, the next morning I felt that if I knew what's good for me, then I should pack and run, but unfortunately I stayed a week as originally planned. This was a very bad decision. But now I know for sure that this was the last time ever I stayed there.

The hotel has the best staff in Hungary, extremely friendly. Pas Zaltan at their restaurant was kind, knowledgeable about the food and genuinely interested in our trip to Hungary. The hotel has great spa facilities and great food as well

The Lotus therme hotel provides a unique and special spa resort experience. The pools are all heated naturally and enable guests to immerse themselves for long periods getting the benefits of the heat and , possibly, the minerals ( the slight sulphur smell in the inside pools is proof of the authentic natual origins of the water) The service is of a high standard, with most staff speaking good English, and always available. The food in the restaurant , whilst being a buffet, is nonetheless varied and interesting. Items such as wild Boar and venison are present along with local fare, as well as plenty of the healthy options. The spa provides a wide range of therapies all at reasonable prices ( compared to west Europe locations). Heviz is also a good base to visit the Thermal lake (a must) and the nearby towns on the lake Balaton. I will be coming back.

The quality and presentation of the meals was superb.

Amazing experience! The food was very good, and we have been served by Zoltan- amazing service, thank you very much - Koszonjuk Szepen! The spa is great, and the Thai massage is highly recommended. The rooms are comfortable, and quite big. Overall, great stay.

We stayed 7 nights in the Lotus Therme hotel in Aug 2021. 3rd stay here and they cannot dissapoint us. The positives: -Nice location in a big, nicely kept park. -Friendly and professional staff - everywhere they are very helpful, polite, nice and responsive -Rooms are comfortable and are kept very clean and in a good condition -The common areas are also in good shape and are kept very clean. -The food is great! Huge variety, tasty, plentiful. Sweets are amazing :-) In the top 3 regarding food and service I experienced in Hungary out of Budapest. -Nice and clean wellness area, with outdoor pool, big number of sun beds. You can see the hotel and the wellness were built some time ago (maybe mid 90s), so style and arrangement is a bit old fashioned, but they keep everything in perfect shape and you get all you need. -Live music in the evenings by the pool The negatives: -The basic pillows are weird - incredibly soft. Make sure you look at the pillow menu and they will bring you a pillow of choice. -Pool area can get a bit crowded in high season. Great stay, great and well managed hotel, will return.

Area, park is beautiful well handled, I love the atmosphere of the hotel and surrundings. Room is nice an roomy with a perfect good size bed. Service is good, breakfast and dinner is rich. Bath is nice and big enough for the size of the hotel. All together I can say that this place worth the price you pay, and better choise than any other in Heviz. I have been here before and the only complaint I can take is the chose of the meals, now i felt a bit less than before and lower qlty. I suggest the hotel to take care more about the kitchen.
