Abgesehen von der unfreundlichen Rezeption waren wir mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Essen, Strand, Pool, Zimmer, alles super. Ebenso freundliche Barkeeper, ob morgens (Marina, Stavros) oder abends, sowie das ganze Animationsteam (Paula, Sebastian…). Ihr wart großartig, vielen Dank.

Fabulous hotel! Food was unreal, especially in the Avra restaurant. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely little private beach, warm sea, even in April! Eur30 taxi to Heraklion. Not much to do outside the complex but enough to do inside so we never got bored. Matteo at the outside bar is a gem. Not sure what was in those cocktails but we slept well!! And we watched him handle some slightly obnoxious guests brilliantly.

Perfect stay! Excellent service and good quality food. Beach and several pools available with enough sunbeds for all the guests. Friendly staff all around the hotel. Several bars with great cocktails and snacks. Several good restaurants.

I really loved this hotel. I travel a lot and it's one of the best (and even the best). All is perfect. The staff (barmans and receptionists) are so kindly. The director (I guess) is very present and check enverwhere all the time. Everything is very clean and the food delicious. All is beautiful. Thank you very much for this holidays ＜3 I'll come back. (I particularly liked the Greek show) See you soon :)

Great stuff, helpful, great place :). We were there with our son who is under 2 years old, we had a great time, the facilities are good, If we needed something we just asked from the stuff and they were very nice to help us. The food is good, in all their restaurants, and the Bars outside the pools are a must have.

We spent five wonderful days at Arina Beach Resort in Crete and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality was outstanding. The pools were fantastic, and the food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The beachfront location offered stunning views and easy access to the sea. Overall, an excellent experience – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay, the staff are so friendly and professional. The food is wonderful and the spa is beautiful. The spa trea**ents are amazing, definitely the best facial I have had; Kostas was a fabulous therapist, I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you.

This place is a 6 out of 5 - absolute heaven! Food was excellent, staff was incredible, the facilities were amazing. The room was comfortable and clean, the AC worked marvelous, the views were next level gorgeous. I cannot wait to return and spend another vacation there.

Perfect service, very good food, lots of fun for the kids, many opportunities for the kids, family-friendly, very good wellness-options, stuff are very friendly, the beach is close to the rooms, the rooms are clean, we love it here and we‘ll definitely come back
