Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.

The "free" breakfast was unexceptable - cold, stonelike eggs, cold, hard sausage and no one monitoring the dining ares, no assistance.

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Very close to endless shopping and restaurants. About 20 minutes from Hershey Park and the Giant Center. Very good value.

Comfy bed, good sized room. Bathroom is fine. We had a connecting room, and we could hear the next door neighbor's tv til very late. I think they fell asleep with the tv on--the door connecting the room was not a great sound protector. Overall, I would stay here again. The breakfast was ok, too; we just got up late so by the time we got to breakfast (about 9:20am), there was no eggs left.

Great location close to the highway. But it would be great if there were no carpet. More and more hotels have floating vinyl floors which is easier to clean.

The hotel room was a bit shabby. Pillows uncomfortable. In the first room I was assigned the refrigerator had a high squeal. The front desk was not gracious and changing my room. The second room the refrigerator had a loud rumble. I had to wear earplugs all night.

Hotel staff were very nice and friendly! Quick 2 day trip and weren’t in the hotel much. Room did have an odd stench and room could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom had some hair left over from the guest before also. Biggest issue was the black out curtains did not close. We were up and out of the room by 5am but when we stopped back to nap it was awful. Would stay again!

Was a little nervous because the price was so good but the hotel was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was large and very clean. Breakfast was good and you can have coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7.
